They got the orders mixed up but they got it together and made amends. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly and efficient. This location has a freestyle machine. It had all the flavors and was clean. First time to this location but it'll be my go-to BK from now on.
This is my favorite, fast service, food made as ordered , friendly and courteous staff, good parking and good location, the best part is, I can still have coffee during lunch and dinner
I visited yesterday evening and I come here a lot and I saw a new manager he said his name is Fred all I have to say is Fred is very nice and polite and make sure all my food was fresh
3rd time being there. So far, no visits to this location disappointed me. I'm sure they make mistakes every now and then, but the Burger King at this location is one of the better locations in Jacksonville. If you want to go to the worst one, go to the one near the intersection of New Kings Rd and Edgewood.
Night manager was friendly and professional. Food was hot and fresh. Highly recommended.

The moment we approached the counter, we were greeted and our order was taken. Our order was ready in a very reasonable time. Not only was our order accurate but we were encouraged to come back soon. Our cashier had a smile on her face from the time we arrived till we left(it is encouraging for me, thanks much). I will be back and I recommend this establishment.
Anyone familiar with the area knows that if it's lunch time you had better pick a restaurant fast because the lines get long quickly and the dining area fills fast. To my surprise, this particular location moved the drive thru line swiftly and I was greeted with a suggestion from the menu and huge smiles upon completing my transaction. I'd definitely go back. The food was hot and the experience was good.
Understaffed, which is affecting surrounding locations. However, service and food was very satisfying. They weren't too busy so I was in and out. Only 4 stars because they didn't give me the creamer I asked for and the tea was way too sweet, like pure sugar.
I did the drive through, 2 whoppers for $5. Perfect burgers, I could tell they had been made when I ordered. Lettuce & tomato were cold while meat was hot. Yummy! I shared with my forever foster 11 pound old geezer doxie. He gave it high marks on the "yummy" scale also.
I like this location. The employees have always been polite & food is usually good. Went online to see hours and it said open Saturday until 1am. Went at 11:10pm and it was closed. Please change the hours on website so people don’t waste their time going to a closed store!
We were there. And ordered 2 for 5. When I received my whopper, it was made unacceptable. I returned and went inside. I mentioned to the manager that the burger seemed old. I patiently waited, not long afterwards I was given a new burger. When I sat to open it, it was perfect, and delicious!
Quick service. Food was on point. They dropped the ball on drinks and I did too for not noticing. I would still rather go here than the one closer to me. 03/18/21 another good trip to this location. My food was ready in a timely manner and accurate. Thank you!
