I have been going to this McDonald's every Monday through Friday to get my tea for the day for the past year. The morning crew is perfect! ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS prompt and they ALWAYS start my day with a smile. I drive past at least 10 other McDonald's and go out of my way to go here because I LOVE this morning crew. They truly need to be recognized and hopefully rewarded. It is so hard to find kindness in many of the fast food restaurants these days but not here. Consistently prompt and kind. Thank you so much!
We just left this McDonald's. We had a great experience. This team works great together. Our food was hot and delicious. The Manager with the braids runs this place like a well oiled machine ! People are quick to complain but not so quick to show love. So three cheers to the Morning crew at McDonald's š„³š„³ š„³Thanks for staring our day right !
The manager fixed the ice cream machine just so me and my family could have some at 10pm on a Friday night. Happy to see humans treating other humans kindly. They did not have to do this for us but didnāt want to disappoint! 10/10 give them a raise

From outside to inside to the customer service this McDonaldās is truly AMAZING!! Heaven is truly a five star employee! This location is truly the best in Jacksonville! Thank you heaven for going above and beyond to give your customers an amazing experience! You are the best!!
This McDonald's for breakfast and lunch is bay far best around, everyone is so nice and polite and fast with the food. This is the best crew around. Every McDonald's needs to come to this one and follow suit.
Sometimes the place is kinda slow but great for a WI-FI RETREAT
