On Wednesday 12.20.23 at 9:28pm, whoever you had working that night needs to teach the rest of the Wingstops how to season, cook and serve!! Best wings I’ve had in Jacksonville in my 5 years of being here. Texture, flavor, consistency, amount of sauce, and wing size was phenomenal. The fries actually tasted like they came from REAL potatoes. I’ll definitely be coming back!
TikTok made me eat here. I'm a wing snob so I'll start with saying the wings are small, but I was surprised at how good the lemon pepper and Cajun wings were. Cajun fries were delicious as well. If you like ranch, they have good ranch. Fin

It was late they were close to closing and my food was still made hot and fresh with no issues and it was done quickly and the 2 women working were super super great with their service and the way they handled the order. 10/10 will be back.
Phenomenal customer service! The moment myself and 4 kids walked in we were greeted. The cashier was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. My kids commented on how clean the place was. Stating it's the first place they've actually seen someone cleaning. I noticed but, took a mental note of the cleanliness.
This was our first time at this establishment. We got 30 wings mild and lemon pepper. Also a chicken tenders meal with fries. All were made to order and done to perfection. I was so craving lemon pepper and it hit the spot. Got the cajun fries. Typically i love some spice but, just wasn't in the mood.
The staff went above and beyond to engage with us throughout our meal. They treated the kids with a brownie and the baby with a plain chicken wing. It was his first try. All in all we filled our bellies and enjoyed ourselves. We will be back again. We were there 2/23/22 at 3:30 pm.

Torion helped me keep my cool! Amazing guy with great customer service. I am an Uber eats driver and he made sure that the order was made correctly and was very chill despite my attitude, I had to go back and apologize. Plus food was super fresh I had to get an order of wings for myself. This restaurant rocks!!
