Took a little long to get my food, but food was excellent and service was very courteous! I got a 10 piece chicken tenders, the chicken was juicy and just melted in your mouth.
My husband and I wanted to dine in for some lunch, it's been such a long time since we've eaten Hardee's. The cashier was friendly and actually made us laugh. We received our orders, The wait time was roughly 10 minutes. We both ordered Frisco combos for some reason mine was not hot. I calmly approached the counter and asked, "if I could get my order hot"? A lady I'm assuming was the manager, took the time and remade my sandwich. After receiving it I sat down to eat and a few minutes after she walked over and asked, "was my order ok"? Awesome customer service, but my sandwich was ok.
I don't go to fast food chains as much as I used to, but I still do stop by on occasion for a breakfast biscuit. In my opinion, Hardee's have one of the better fast food biscuits around. This location is closest to my house, and thankfully the service is usually pretty fast and the staff is always friendly.
We at wanted to write this review to say THANK YOU for the great service and the organized way you packed our breakfast sandwiches for our morning meeting at work on WEDNESDAY. The entire team was very courteous and professional. Also, the food was delicious!! Special THANKS to Melinda Rafuse for the help in getting this ordered for us!!
Mike the weekend manager always has a good attitude, and Andrew working the front counter knows me by name and gives great customer service which is unheard of in a fast food restaurant these days. Remember when fast food used to be fast and friendly what ever happened to those days.
Best chicken biscuit I can find within 100 miles, and great service the staff in the strive thru always leave me smiling. Jist thinking about those biscuits have me drooling...just a little...too bad its nearly 9pm and I have to wait all night, but I know whats for breakfast first thing in the morning!! Chicken biscuits!
Love Hardee's there is no other fast food breakfast like it. And they were so very fast this day it was amazing, seems like they have a great crew again! Thank you Hardees for stepping up
Great overall service by courteous, friendly and professional staff working the morning shift on 6/23/23! Breakfast sandwiches were delicious and fresh tasting. Look forward to a next great meal at the San Jose Mandarin restaurant!
Rating this as fast food. It is typically, fast, hot, and fresh with decent service. Noting to wow you, but better than many of its other fast food chain competitors. I wish they would add the fried zucchini thier sister restaurant Carl's Jr sells to the menu.
Can't 5 star a day for place but the lady at the drive thru is fun and nice but they did put ketchup on my burger 2xs and I didn't know till it was too late. But over all better then most fast food options
The staff here is always so pleasant and nice. The best biscuits in town!
