Slow service due to new employee as well as no acknowledgement to any of the customers as they were waiting in line. Apparently on this day the DM or owner of this franchise showed up unannounced and let the staff know that they were not up to par.
i love subway! it’s one of my fave things to eat. never in my 19 years of being alive have i had an order messed up so bad? me and my bf ordered and they switched around the ingredients of our subs. he ordered white bread and got herbs and cheese (i got white bread when i ordered herbs and cheese) h
I don't know why but here of late attendants act like they're doing you a big favor to fix you a sandwich, I really can't understand that. Don't you like to be able to pay your bills?

What to say. Good food on a lunch break equals getting yourself a Subway sandwich. Since I switched over to getting the wraps a lot of the time, I'm still not disappointed.
