The Briarwood Dunkin Donuts is a medium-sized establishment with some room for seating. The food is usually fresh and the staff is very friendly and kind. This is my son's favorite place.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the manager of the Dunkin Donuts at 84th drive Brairwood. I have been a regular customer of this store for many years, and I have always been impressed with the manager's professionalism, customer service skills, and dedication to providing a positive experience for all guests.
The manager Lipi is always friendly and welcoming. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone is happy with their order. For example, one time I ordered a coffee and a bagel, but I forgot to ask for cream and sugar. The manager immediately offered to bring me some, and she even made sure that the bagel was toasted to perfection.
Lipi is also very efficient and organized. She makes sure that the store is clean and well-stocked, and she is always on top of the latest promotions and specials. She is also a great team leader, and she creates a positive and supportive work environment for her employees.
She is a valuable asset to the Dunkin Donuts team, and she makes a real difference in the lives of her customers.
Dunkin is amazing. Amazing buissnes because of kids nearby the school. Line usually goes up to 20 people!
Got my morning coffee ☕️ & Bagel 🥯 s from this Dunkin’s located in briarwood neighborhood good thing nearby the roadside Queens Blvd surely a place to stop by for coffee and bagels on a go
Nice place to drop in, it just seems like the coffee is too expensive. For a small cup of regular coffee it's $3.09
I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the BOGO free bagels. When I went to the counter to place the order and showed the QR code, the worker was angry claiming the scanner wasn't working. She had to put this in manually.
Why wasn't the manager there on the premises?
If you're going to promote something make sure the scanner device is working.
They try their best. But I have noticed on some occasions that, what I believe is the male store manager, can be rude and pushy. Sometimes the order is incorrect, but it’s bearable I guess. Most of the times, the workers are nice. I think they just need to work on working with many customers in the store.
Best Dunkin in the Brairwood. I come to this DD for past few years and I find the food and beverages always fresh. This is one of the Dunkin where I see the old coffee is discarded rightaway and fresh coffee served. Excellent Management, e specially the manager Lipi makes sure that coffe is served fresh⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . This is the reason I visit this DD even though I have an other store close to home.
This place has gotten better. I go in the mornings and order through the app because it’s always busy in store. The morning staff are friendly.
Best Dunking donuts I have ever been too. Amazing service everyone is so nice. The food is always on point. I'm am so happy to have this location just a few blocks from my house. I go about twice a week!
