Picked up a nice ice cream cake for my friend. Staff was friendly and did a great job on writing the name. The store is packed with many ice cream cakes and desserts available.
Our favorite Carvel by far! The staff is wonderful, always helpful, patient and very accommodating to special requests! The service is great! The store is very clean and they serve quality ice cream and beautifully decorated cakes (they can make pretty much make any design/style you want). Another plus- convenient hours and location. The best ice cream shop around!
The young people working at JV Carvel are fast and courteous. Have never waited too long before being served. Can't say enough about how good this Carvel location is. Be sure to stop in.
The service & quality of ice cream has been consistent since the 80's. On hot days, you may find a line that most people don't mind waiting in because it will go fast & there's a cold yummy treat that'll be the reward for your patience. The new cold brew salted caramel is this year's favorite!
Best Carvel in the area. Fresheyst ice cream that just tastes better than other nearby stores.
Tends to be very busy in the evening, but is staffed well and they keep it moving.
Excellent customer service! Alizae is the best and makes the entire experience seamless. Excellent work with a cake for my child's birthday! The line was insanely long and I'm not sure how she does it but she kept a smile the entire time.

Made the most amazing and delicious birthday cake. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate the color choices on the cake, and just created an awesome cake!

Tucked into the corner of a shopping plaza, serving all your favorite treats. Ice cream, milkshakes, and their famous fudgie the whale ice cream cakes. (Don’t forget about those pinwheel ice cream sandos either!)
Plenty of parking outside at the shopping center but on hot days you can still expect a line to order.

This ice cream store is amazing and it has delicious ice cream. Also the service here is great and the employees are even better. I recommend you come here today no doubt about it if you want to get a quick sweet treat.
Good service good flavor always fresh ice cream always a go to spot and now you can put the crunches on the bottom of your ice cream cone or in a cup like on the ice cream cakes they're awesome
