Accurate orders and prompt delivery. They deliver in less than 30mins in the Newport area. Have been ordering from here for the past several years, they follow covid protocols for packaging and delivery.
First time - We just walked in and ordered the Signature Pizza. The Manager was super friendly and helped us understand the options. He made the experience great. And yes, the pizza was yummy! Loved it! Second time - the manager was not present... they messed it up and gave us the wrong pizza. Guess if the manager is absent, the experience is not the same. The Pizza is good though.
I was pleased that the business felt more like a traditional New York style pizza shop from years ago. It had the correct smells and atmosphere that only a true pizza lover could understand.
They acknowledge you a little slower than you would like but that is because they are understaffed. They are extremely busy in my experience of stopping in to place orders, but the finished product is hot and tasty and worth a mildly above normal wait time.... I advise ordering over the phone 30 minutes to an hour before you intend to host the game....
Respectful staff and convenient location near Newport Mall....Pizza is very good...I definitely recommend if there are no Mom and Pops accessible or you arent addicted to NYC slices.....
ordered extra large Hawaiian chicken BBQ pizza at 6:30 online and my pizza was delivered 6:48 in the lobby. I am in Newport. I ordered a galic dipping but there are extra two more!!!! And YUMMY
Used their app a few times to order food home. They are the only fast food pizza chain that delivers in and around Newport, Jersey City. I found the deliveries pretty quick, mostly within 30 mins and the taste is pretty consistent at decent reasonable pricing.
Enroll for their rewards system called Papa rewards to get 10$ discounts for every 75$ spent which is pretty cool. They also send you a few coupons for free cheese sticks regularly which I love π.
I mostly order from their specials menu and choose their thin crust pizza with choice of toppings. I like their cheese sticks, it's a side but it's almkstnlike ordering a medium pizza. Yes, Pineapple does belong on a pizza π+π π
Overall I do recommend this place for a quick pizza delivery especially in the Newport area.
