The food is good, very good and the service could be better, the employees don’t look friendly or happy, I think they hate to be working there but I try to be kind and wish them a great shift to everyone.
The food tastes good, The parking lot is always clean when I drive through, but the customer service leaves a little to be desired. If you say "good afternoon", or "hello" they don't reciprocate. Customer service should be "well rounded". They will tell you your balance, you will get your order in a timely manner, but the greeting is non-existent. Just a bit "cut and dry" for me.
Love Checkers food! Haven't been there in a VERY long time so decided to stop there omw home late night. Food was great, but order was wrong. Not the first time they got my order wrong.
I ordered 4 burgers and 1 free chicken stripe with promotion on Uber Eats. However, the restaurant seems out of chicken stripe, so they send my a bacon cheese fries, it's okay XD
anyway the flavor is good, and it has triple patties, double chicken and double fish burger
It was little late at night and they didn't have spicy chicken petties ready so they made us fresh petties and also brought it to our car in a lot!!! Excellent customer service !!!
