My 2-year-old son and I went to Red Onion Cafe today and the service was excellent! Usually, I get waiters or waitresses that don't like children but Jacob was our waiter and he was fabulous. He brought out my son's food first which was wonderful bc it would satisfy his hunger first since I can wait. My son said no and pushed the plate away (which is normal) but Jacob asked if it was ok like he was going to make it right if it wasn't, that was impressive! He was very attentive to refills and when I wanted something extra and wanted to order dessert! He gave me a to-go cup for my iced tea and brought my desserts in to go boxes with a bag, that is very convenient for me!! Next great thing about this place is they have a Keto friendly, low carb, gluten free menu!!!! Oh, my goodness and it had things on it that actually sounded amazing. I ordered the surf and turf and the sirloin was so delicious made perfect the way I ordered it and it had an amazing butter sauce on it!!! I actually loved the butter sauce so much I asked for a side of it to dip my steak in. The vegetables that came on the side were to die for amazing. Then we had dessert and because I wanted to try a few of their desserts I ordered 4 to try bites of each! The caramel chocolate one is amazing, the limoncello cake is to die for, the strawberry cheesecake is so good and its Keto friendly, then the chocolate cake is so moist and fantastic! I have a baking business so desserts are my thing, these are so wonderful! If anything go in to get dessert if you don't have time to have dinner and dessert! Much love to the chef and person that does their desserts! Thank you for making our Mommy, son day out fantastic!!
