Kailua is a very nice place in Oahu, and this McDonald's is no exception. The food is what you'd expect from every chain but the store was extra clean when we went in and the restrooms were open with no code needed. People were nice and surprisingly prompt with the order. It didn't seem like they were short staffed when we were there. Great place for some fries and a soda after a day at the beach!

The lady at the checkout was so helpful I kept coming back with more requests and she was just delightful. It's clean and pleasant to be there. The coffee was good and so was haupi'a pie... But I think it's impossible for that not to taste good.

We stop here every weekend after our walk for 2 lg diet cokes and 2 cups of water. The manager there is amazing and always remembers our order and has it ready.

McDonald's in Kailua on the island of Oahu. It has the same menu as NJ except for a few differences which caters to the Hawaiian culture. Ba da da da dah......
Nice place to visit for food and drinks! After visiting the area, it was refreshing to stop at this McD! Service was good and quick!
Chicken nuggets came immediately and were incredibly warm. Not sure why this McDonalds is rated so low... very clean inside the restaurant and no line to wait (I suspect because of the poor reviews existing)
I ordered 5 items through the drive thru and was out in less than 3 minutes. Lady at the window was very joyful and positive. Put me in a good mood and shared positivity. Had to leave a 5 start review because of her. Food tasted like any other McDonald's
