We really liked this Chinese restaurant! It is very clean and fresh inside. The food was really good! The service, even though there is a sign stating "self serve dinning room", was great! The food was hot and delicious. The portions were very good. The dining room is large with booths and plenty of tables. Check out this great restaurant! They are doing a wonderful job! Thank you....
Only customer eating inside. Several take-out customers observed. I very much enjoyed the Cashew Chicken/Fried Rice w/Crab Rangoon. I would eat there again.
First time we have ever gotten food here, absolutely awesome, very clean and up-to-date on the inside. Wonderful restaurant, very tasty food. Recommend the cashew chicken
We have ordered takeout 5 times from here. Every time the order has been ready within 5 minutes of quoted time. The order was accurate every time. After the second time ordering she always puts my S&S sause in even if I forget to ask. I also enjoy the orange chicken here better then the other places I could go.

Amazingly fast! Couldn’t believe it. Super dank food for the price. For sure a real good deal. My little brother says the chicken fried rice was good. Btw, they said ten minutes for pick up and apparently they meant it! Be wary, don’t let your Rangoon’s get soggy!

Most delicious Chinese food I have had in the entirety of the Midwest in general. I wish I lived in Kzoo would be eating this weekly. Hope they continue to thrive so I can come by again and again whenever I visit from GR.
The restaurant was clean with a quiet classic Chinese-American restaurant atmosphere. Our waitress was prompt, took accurate orders, and made sure we had everything to make our time there enjoyable.
Had the sesame chicken combo, got it with fried rice and crab Rangoon. The chicken was fried perfectly and tossed in a sauce that tasted amazing. Did order it spicy, and wasn't spicy enough to my tastes. Can't knock points off for that because I have a high spice tolerance in general. It is out shadowed by how well prepared, fresh, and tasty everything was. Could hardly put down my utensils for one second, ate my entire plate as if I never had food before in my life. This place even outshines Chinese food I've had in major cities like Los Angeles, Boston, and Chicago.
Would definitely recommend always going in person here. It supports them better than ordering delivery from one of the food apps. It's also enjoyable to see their passion on full display while being served amazing food.
South China is the best Chinese resteraunt in and around Kalamazoo. The food is SO GOOD. The flavor of the food and the quality is AMAZING! The staff/owners are very nice and friendly.
This is the only Chinese restaurant I order from in Kalamazoo! They are always super friendly and quick with my orders. I normally get the orange chicken or the sesame chicken and both are amazing. Their prices are good and their servings are large- highly recommend!
For the price it’s decent. Not a fan of the tofu in the rice. But the orange chicken is good.

First time diner here, food was freshly prepared and hot and tasty. Ordered an egg roll to go and it was really good, are it on the way home! The server was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes offered her. Would highly recommend and hopefully will be a return customer!
I have been experiencing this Americana/China cuisine for over 40 years. I find they always have crisp vegetables, fresh rice. I usually buy two meals and they last me for 4 to 5 days I always buy some hot and sour soup it's good for your digestion. The Establishment is always clean, smells good ,clean bathrooms, courteous staff this is a hard-working local owned restaurant. The prices are reasonable and you could easily take a family to eat out there.
