The fact that the family who owns the franchise is very nice and the drinks are good is certainly important for customer satisfaction. Customer service and the quality of products can often make up for other minor shortcomings. If you enjoy the atmosphere and the people who work there, it can be a great place to grab a coffee and some donuts. Keep in mind that the cleanliness of a specific location can vary, but as long as it doesn't affect the overall experience.
We were hesitant to try this location after some of the negative reviews, but we had a great experience. We ordered through the drive through, and it was very quick. Our sandwich was hot, and everything was as we ordered.

I only ever get delivery or do drive thru runs here - mostly delivery. I'm a regular and order about 1-2x a month or more.
The one consistent problem when ordering online is, oddly enough, the donuts.
The donuts of the order will be either missing entirely (even if it's a half dozen!), or they'll be completely different from what was ordered. When I order these online, I just tell myself, "I probably won't actually get these, but hey, it's worth a try!"
Drinks, hot sandwiches and other side dishes are never missing in comparison! It's always just the donuts. It's even happened at the drive thru more than once, so now we're in the habit of checking the bag then and there before driving off.
To be honest it doesn't bother me too much - grubhub is easygoing with the refunds, so it is what it is. It's just bizarre for a place that is literally donut based to forget the main part of the order so frequently.
That being said the quality is always good and I like to come here to order in person on Sundays to have breakfast at the park down the road.
The workers there are ALWAYS friendly and kind, I'll give them that. One time many months ago, our donuts were missing as usual so we had to drive back, and the guy gave us an extra donut as an apology. I wish I could remember his name, because THAT gesture is what good customer service is all about.
The customer service here is unbelievable. The young ladies who served me were nothing but kind, patient and helpful. They had excellent recommendations and when asked, made me an excellent drink she orders herself. My first time at a Dunkin and it was an excellent one. Excellent prices too. Try the Chai latte, french vanilla swirl.

Friendly staff, decent coffee. Only the drive thru is open currently so lines are usually long during morning commute times. Curbside pickup would be a helpful option to expedite orders during the morning rush.

But, if you order one of their iced cappuccino things you never know what you're going to get. It's flavor is kind of inconsistent and unpredictable. One day it's the best thing on their menu and the next day it tastes like overly sweet milk.
