This place has great coworkers good hours and amazing food and even great managers
Kind and friendly staff. Managments is solid, had a huge order of food with some stuff that wasn't exactly on the menu. Quickly figured it out and yeah. Just a good experience, especially being on the road for hours.

AND I ask the lady for a cup of water w/my sandwich....She asked me... " What size cup I wanted!!"
(That doesn't happen where I live
They want to give you a tiny water cup and sometimes want to charge for the cup.)
I couldn't believe it, I NEVER have had such a pleasant customer service experience in any Chicago area restaurants.
I live in the Chicagoland area but I work in Kalamazoo.
The entire experience in the this Wendy's was outstanding.

Great customer service, fries were perfect, bacon was crispy.
Good decent food, not the best service though. Conveniently located near the highway it was our stop for food and washrooms.
I just purchased a drink, and it was exactly what I ordered, and there wasn't a line, so it's hard for me to review the food or atmosphere. However, I did based on my strawberry lemonade, which was delicious with the perfect amount of ice.
Quaint branch. Decent food. Thoughtful service.
Usually on point when it comes to the Biggie Deals of which the kids love. Way better than other fast food chives when it comes to hamburgers. Chicken nuggets are always good too.
No Apples pecan salad 😓 but the strawberry summer salad was delicious
I visited most recently on the night of June 17th, 2022 around 11pm. The staff, having been slammed for what was probably hours, we're doing the best they could and I frankly appreciate their efforts. I wish them the best, and they all deserve raises. Well done crew.
The food was fine, the service was good, but it was a real long wait in the drive thru. It could've been caused by indecisive customers tho, as I've found that you can't always blame the employees for slow drive thru's. Sometimes it's us customers that cause the delay.
