LCs is a local favorite. I really missed them while they rebuilt after the fire. They are back and better than ever!! The chicken sandwiches are HUGE. Good burgers with grilled onions. French fries and onion rings are top notch. Greasy, good, and filling. Don't go if you are dieting.

LC Burgers. This is with put a doubt the best Double Cheeseburger in the KC area. If you are a burger fanatic this is a must try
YUM. Just thinking about LC's to write this review makes me want a burger something fierce! This place has got to be on my top 5 burgers in KC... It's just a tiny little shack with about 4 or 5 tables inside.... if it's cold outside, you're better off eating in your car because those windows don't do much to insulate.
Anyway, it's SUPER cheap, and delicious! What more is there to know?!

Great Burgers Here. You gotta love a place that serves a burger with grilled onions as standard equipment! Burgers here are loaded with vitamin G (grease) but that is where their flavor comes from. Nothing fancy, but the burgers are really good!

Best Hamburger. By far the best hamburger in Kansas City, the grilled onions are to die for. Old fashion cooking reflects to a better time and taste.

Great place to eat, if you're not worried about "calories" lol ...you will definitely be full when you are done eating. Wife was craving a cheeseburger with fries, and just the portion of fries was enough to get full just on those ha. Prices are a little higher, but good food.
Grabbed a couple of burgers , fries , boneless Chicken wings. Fries are the basic frozen bag. These are just bland do not let them get cold. Single burger and the double burger were tasty and juicy meat. They are set up like a smashed burger. Chicken wings are boneless with a soft outer crust. Buffalo sauce was coated pretty good. They tasted good and were nit dry. Had their 'Nun Chuck' these are a peanut butter mixture with a Sriracha blend. You have to enjoy peanut butter as well as a little heat. Some of the wings are good size and others are like nuggets. Don't worry because they are sold by weight not the number of wings. Small seating area outside. Small seating area inside. Can be pretty tight when several people are making their order. Pricing would be reasonable. Parking in front is limited but there is a big parking lot right there.
Boy, Can a Place Change in a Year!! $40 for 2 Sandwiches and 2 Sides!! INSANE! This is a BURGER Joint, NOT a 5 Star place!!! I Called 3 Times to try to place an Order and ended up Driving There to place my order! There was a Table of 2 ladies waiting on An Order when i arrived. A lady walked in at the same time, went to a window, (There are 2 windows)and got waited on Immediately! A gentleman who walked in 5 mins after i Did got ask for his order while i was Ignored! Extra Charge if you use a Card! Food Took FOREVER!! The Mushrooms were So Over Cooked that I Could Not Eat Them! They may have the Best Reubens in my Area, but I Wont Be Back. A Year ago this was my Favorite Place for a Quick Meal. This was MORE than A Bad Night. My Advice, Skip It! Over Priced with TERRIBLE Service!!

Food here always slaps. They always get our order correct, too. Try the tater tots!
Only downside is that the service can be quite slow. I recommend putting in a GrubHub order for pickup and giving them like 10-15 extra mins before picking up.
Great hamburgers! Nice soft buns and fresh off the grill. So good. The only downer is that 2 big deals cost over $24. Crazy, but everything is these days.

Because the restroom is through the kitchen. Kinda weird but ok. The seating had no backing and my back didn't appreciate that much.

They have a few out side seating areas. That's convenient for smokers or to enjoy the day. Staff seemed ok. Even tho they can not hear you. Have to speak up. Even at 1 feet from them because of the music and kitchen noise.
Not much atmosphere there are a few tables inside will you order pick up your food. They're also tables outside. They do have the best hamburgers in Kansas City. They are fried with onions and they come out hot and juicy.
Though almost painfully slow, the food was good drive-in fare. In our group, we had burgers, fish and a tenderloin and all were very good and came out hot. The kids meals are very large so there were leftovers for the bigger "kids". The fries were good while hot but not so much after they cooked. The only down sides were the wait and seating. There are just five 4-person tables mostly occupied by those waiting for food but we found seats before our food came so it wasn't a huge issue. The workers were friendly and overall, it was a pleasant experience.
We found this place on a foodie fb group. Definitely did not disappoint. Will keep supporting places that make great food with great options. We took it back to our hotel, and it was terrific still! Everything freshly made to order.

Get the triple and an order of fried mushrooms! Also the catfish strips are excellent. They use small peanut ice in their drinks too!
