Got a tenderloin[Tenderloin Tuesday)it was served with all toppings including horseradish. Good size, too much breading for my taste, just okay. Got a breakfast also, pancake was okay, a little greasy. If you like diner fair this is your place. Staff courteous and friendly, reasonable prices.
From the min we walked into the Nelle Belles diner door,our experience was amazing, this place was like taking a step back in time, the service was awesome, a great scramble omelette breakfast and the prices were competitive. Highly recommend and will return. 5 stars for sure.
It was my Mom’s and I first time there. We are from out of town and just looked up local restaurants and this was the best me we chose. Our waitress, Jenny, was very nice and welcoming. Mom got the patty melt and fries and I got the tacos. They ran out of cheese and had to shred some more. Jenny kept apologizing and gave both of us a free dessert. If you are the area stop by for some great food and warm and inviting atmosphere!
We just left breakfast at Nelle Belle’s Diner and oh my gosh, it was such a treat! The food was delicious, but the staff was even better! The owner, Dixie, was so incredibly kind and even gifted us a calendar “so we can’t forget” about the diner (as if, ha ha).
I moved to KC area two years ago and this was definitely one of the coolest finds that my fiancé and I have tried. 10/10 recommend, you will not be disappointed! 🩷
Definitely a small hole in the wall diner. As soon as you walk in you are taken back in time. The bar is right inside the door with a few seats. You are welcomed by not only staff but some customers who I assume are regulars.
Step back in time with this gem! Have a seat at the counter with a hot cup of coffee and a cigarette while you wait on your food! But you won’t wait long! Food came out hot, fresh and delicious! Staff were all super friendly. Even the cook told me to have a great day and thanks for stopping. Will be coming back many times!
A blast from the past, which means you can also smoke within this establishment. It's a little cramped inside but once you sit down it feels like home. The food was incredible and service was great. Staff is as friendly as can be. A true classic American diner. Highly recommend stopping here for breakfast.
We just moved in a couple of miles from here and have found our breakfast spot. Really cool people and real homestyle breakfast. Prices and service are both great.

The cuisine was old-school, with well-cooked classics replacing modern favorites. They accommodate dietary restrictions, making it easy to assemble a low-carb or keto-friendly meal. My wife's pancakes epitomized the quintessential diner pancakes. The coffee and service were commendable, with friendly and efficient staff. Proximity to the massive Ford Kansas City Assembly Plant adds interest for out-of-town guests.

We love to find the Mom and Pop type places when we travel and this place was the epitome of that!! Food was delicious!! Large portions. Incredibly Friendly Staff!! We loved it!! Definitely recommend!!
