The staff at this location made us feel immediately comfortable, and our dining experience was pleasant. We were served by Christine, whose smile and personality made the food taste even better. Since I'm vegetarian, she immediately began helping me find all my options of the menu. The cook, Brier, took care to clarify my order and proactively offered to clean the grill prior to cooking it, especially for me. They both followed up to make sure it was correct and delicious. Often, my dietary choices/restrictions are met with annoyance by wait staff; I am so pleased that was not the case here! I was instantly aided in finding as many options for me as possible. The pumpkin spice waffle was done to perfection, (I just ate 1/2 of it cold in bed with no butter or syrup so yah it's yummy.) Highly recommend. Overall uplifting experience, great vibe, clean, and friendly. It's definitely going to be a regular here when those 2 employees are around!
In the grand arena of restaurants, Waffle House would be in the lower end of the spectrum, however the it shouldn't be written off. The food at this location is better than most of the breakfast places that we have visited.
BTW, this was a first time visit for us. We are from the West coast and the Waffle House doesn't have a presence there.
The hash brown bowls were tasty, grease free and well prepared. I had gravy added and was pleasantly surprised.
Our server was friendly and enthusiastic. I really enjoyed her attitude. She kept our drinks topped up and checked on us often.
The decor was, shall we say, historical.
I love coming to waffle house for breakfast, the service was 10/10 and we got in and out in a very timely manner, we enjoyed it all from the second we walked in to us walking out!
I am a Muslim I came here telling them I don't eat pork and they clean the grill for me just for me to eat and I feel so appreciated to have fresh food and a great waitress named Christine thank you for serving me and my family

My daughter and I stopped in here after a concert in downtown KC. It was about midnight and we had a nearly three hour trip north back to central Iowa. Now, unfortunately there are no Waffle House's in Iowa. You can actually chalk that up to the State's goofy franchise laws. Same reason there are no Jack In The Box, or White Castle offerings, either. Anyway, they weren't busy when we came in, so we got in and out fairly quickly. The service was excellent, the food was excellent, and the place was very clean, as were the restrooms. The guy running the grill was really cool and we joked around for a minute while I was paying the bill. You guys keep doing what you're doing, and thanks for a memorable visit!
Molly the cook was wonderful. She was more friendly and professional than our waitress. Our experience was great because of Molly our cook. Our meal only came to $17.50, and I gave the waitress $25 and I said keep the change. She said nothing after handling the money. The grumpy waitress needs to be more friendly. The tip should have gone to Molly our cook.
The food is always good @ every WaffleHouse I’ve been too! But when your @ work and it’s semi busy! You need NOT be on your phone playing Slotomania! And bossing the cook around! And I know for a fact! You’re NOT his boss!!!
Waffle House always nails eggs 🥚 perfectly. And the hash browns?! Uhm . . . YUM! It's a great value, too.

Bacon hash brown eggs and cheese bowl. Added sausage gravy. And a waffle. Waitress recommended. Food was on point and streaming.
The food and the service are excellent. The capacity isn't very high. I wish the tables were a little roomier, but with the limited capacity the current set up is probably best.
This place right here is about the best on consistency. Less than 5 min away from the house. Good food. Service is always ok. Some times better than others but always satisfactory.

So went in not having a good night. All I wanted was some good food and some quiet before going home. Firstly as I walked up a nice lady server that helped me that night held the doors open for me. Sat down and they gave me time to get settled. I didn't feel rushed to order or to finish quickly. I got hashbrowns and a patty melt. I absolutely scarfed both of them down and sat there and enjoyed my coffee. After I finished the server kindly removed my dishes and let me relax for a moment before paying. The gentleman cooking the food was fast and cooked his food well. I wish all my experiences with waffle house was this good but this place was a gem.

This that place beside the trap ish looking house to the left of this Waffle House. A little sketch but I’m from Atlanta so this isn’t anything new to me. The gossip was great. The food was good for a Waffle House per usual and it wasn’t freezing cold in there either. The temp was just right. We also happened to be traveling through Kansas City and haven’t had Waffle House in forever and it was pouring rain outside in the morning I felt like I was in a movie. They only took cash today because their card machine was down or whatever but luckily my boyfriend had $40 cash that he made stretch. Such a lifesaver because I don’t carry cash on me like that. Idk if I’ll be coming back or not because Kansas City is a little far but it was great and was very amused while eating my Texas bacon cheesesteak melt with hash browns and fresh coffee. I will dream about this forever.
Kylie is the star of the show! She runs that kitchen with confidence and respect. Her staff was positive and their customer service was top notch. Great food and a great experience!
