Consistently great food and always on-time. I order through their website and never have a problem. Plus I get points towards future orders and have a countdown to arrival.
Has to be the best delivery service in KC. they don't have a minimum on orders or a delivery fee. For the most part, they're either on time or early, and they'll call if there's anything holding them behind. I've never actually tried the pizza, but the calzones and chicken wings have never let me down.

My order arrive much later than the ETA time they gave, but they are very nice and gave it to me for free. Order it directly from their website and not via Grubhub or other delivery services. Nice food!
As for Delivery Sarpinos is the only Pizza place I order from. Everything on the Menu is Awesome well made, Quick delivery, if they are behind for any reason they call you and let you know. Also I love the fact that they Send you an email when they receive the online order, when the begin to prepare it, and another when it leaves the store, I have yet to find any other Pizza Delivery store that does that. So yes I rate Sarpinos with 5+ Star rating! !!!!
Tried it for the first time tonight. Had it delivered.
Ordered 2 specialty pizzas. I had the New York Deli Pizza and Annette had the Super Taco Pizza. Both were excellent. We will be repeat customers.
Next time I might do the create your own pizza thing and have a shrimp, clam and oyster pizza!
The Midnight Express and Capo Siciliano gourmet pizzas look tempting as well.

They were EXTREMELY warm and inviting. Saw us taking photos and were REALLY cool about us telling them we were going to review the store. Not saying this is why. But I'm saying that if it was SO WHAT, I will be back and i recommend you try them out if you're around and want a good Italian pizza experience. This looks SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!! Yeah, it was GREAT!!! We were outside in the car waiting and they came and brought it to us and presented an amazing pie with ALL the EXTRAS!!!! GREAT JOB, guys Thank You!!! I'll be back!!!
This Sarpino’s was very good. I ordered and they have two large pizzas ready in about 10 minutes. And I feel the ingredients that they use are high quality. It is not a gourmet pizza, but definitely really good. I’m not in the Westport area often, but if I’m going to order pizza to go from that area, I’d order from them. The customer service was nice as well. There is no place to eat there, so don’t go there and expect to sit down and eat, because there are only 4 seats.
Visiting from out of town, looking for pizza deliver and none of the mass chains delivered to the hotel. Thank goodness because Sarpinos was literally some of the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Sooo good!
Perfect place to grab a late-night Sober-me-up pizza after a night of drinking. The pepperoni was abundant on the pizza and the additional side of marinara that came in the box was a bonus! Just call ahead or get it delivered so you don’t have to wait.
I landed on this place after discovering the other local pizza joints wanted to charge an arm and a leg for a super-sized pizza. Very delicious!
Currently staying in a hotel downtown was recommended this place by the front desk agent because it was 2am and most places were closed or no longer delivered. The wait said 120-140 min but was closer to 65-70. Which I was very glad for because I was starving. I would suggest getting the oil dipping sauce as it was honestly surprisingly good with the thin pizza. (I don’t normally like olive-oily things). I love the options for all the toppings to! 10/10 will eat again.
This was very good pizza. Although shocked it was like a personal pan, guess I never measure my pizza. But I cannot complain because I'm a fan of square crust and cheese bread. Yesssss, actual cheese bread. I was pleasantly surprised since this was my first delivery while in Kansas City. I say when in doubt, just order this pizza because it was quite fulfilling and mad good!!!!!
Thankful to have found this establishment since more locations are in other cities too.
The pizza is bomb and calzone and salads... the desserts are good nothing to go crazy over but still good I got the chocolate cake and cheese cake... ravioli was over cooked to me...that salad though was amazingly delicious give it a try and maybe I just got a bad order of ravioli
I love Sarpinos they are one of the very few who deliver to my door inside my apartment building. I had the lasagna with extra Italian sausage
I was served by a young woman who was very kind, friendly, and happy this afternoon. She greeted me with a smile and helped me with my order. She let me know how long it was going to take before she started to prepare my 8" veggie pizza. Even though she was the only person there, she was still in good spirits (I remember having to do those times when I was alone and had to take orders, cook, clean, and run the cash register by my self. This always happened on those so-called slow days, which turned out to be the most busy day. I wasn't a very happy camper). Well, I thank the young person for being in good spirits and not being annoyed because she alone. She even mentioned that she actually loved being there.
This is an amazing place to eat. I was really hungry at 2 in the morning and this was one of the only places that was open. The pizza is absolutely amazingly delicious a d I would highly recommend coming here. Me and my future wife have both had Chicago pizza and we both agree that this way out does Chicago pizza. Their BBQ wings are absolutely amazing as well, they're grilled and have an amazing homemade BBQ sauce.
