Texas Tom's i have discovered that I really like their Philly cheesesteaks. Never had it with steak sauce but I'm a fan now. Also the fried okra is amazing and onion rings. Everything so far that I have tired is really good. Next time I will try the catfish. Love this place so far...
This place pleasantly surprised my husband & I! We tried it for the first time because I was craving mashed potatoes and biscuits. We decided to avoid KFC since their quality has gone downhill. Turns out Texas Tom’s is even better than KFC! The food was fresh and tasty, nice sized portions, and good prices! Oh and we are tater tot snobs and theirs even impressed us lol

Their corn nuggets are SO good (and u get alot) And the woman working the register was so sweet! I ordered my food inside and got it within 3 minutes, they didn't taste like old grease like the other Texas toms. Definitely recommend coming here.
This is a you get what you get kind of place. The 12 piece chicken tenders are yummy and a great price. We share them. The fried mushrooms and corn nuggets are also good with their ranch, a ton come in the order! Fried fish is a bit salty but still pretty good.
The food is great. Prices are not bad. Staff is kind and the food is fresh. The building, however, lacks something to be desired. The cushions for all the booths have been through a number of things. The bathroom was dirty, but I know it was a busy day.
Took a minute to find a clean table. I enjoyed the gyro. Hubby had the shrimp basket. The basket had a huge serving of fries, lots of fried shrimp, and a handful of onion rings to top it off. Baskets include drinks. Good food, but wish the tables and chairs were a tad less sticky.

First thing you need to understand is, no one goes to Texas Tom's to abide by any healthy diet. You go there to fulfill your greasy, fried food cravings. That being said:
This place hits the spot! They were out of tea and I'm STILL giving them 5 stars.
We had the giant tenderloin and the seafood basket. At first I thought they had undersold the "giant" tenderloin, but then I realized that 1/4-1/3 of it was folded under itself. Not sure if this was accidental or intentional, because if it was intentional, it actually made the tenderloin fit the bun. I guess I could have unfolded it, but it was too delicious to worry about.
The fish and shrimp were both piping hot and words cannot do justice to just how good the fish was. On point!!
Did not care for (what I think was) their version of shrimp sauce, but I don't eat much shrimp sauce anyway. I just like to taste the shrimp.
Typically, I don't tend to prefer fatter fries, but theirs work. Perfect amount of salt.
We tried it on the recommendation of a friend and we will DEFINITELY be going back in the near future... once our arteries have had time to clear out 😉.
This place will not disappoint. The cat fish was the best i have ever had! Chicken was absolutely delicious. We were not sure and I’m so glad we stopped here! 5 out of 5. Lots of food and great prices. The service was 100% as well!
Prices here haven't gone sky high and the tacos haven't changed! I'm sure they make the tacos with some secret ingredient of an addictive nature. I finish 4 tacos with taco sauce and hot sauce, and always want 4 more like a taco addict!
I tried the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and orka. It was all very good. My boyfriend got the Italian steak and onion rings. It was all really good, hot and fresh. They do have a kids menu.
Food is so good, everything was clean even tho they were busy. Nice people and helpful. The manager, he was all over the place making sure everybody received their food quickly.
What a selection of food!! I want to try it all! Such a nice staff member who took my order! Love it. The Mac and cheese was amazing!

Food was great!! Never been before. Potatoes tasted home made. I am from Iowa and know my corn and the corn on the cob tasted like it just came out of a garden and cooked to perfection!! Biscuit was nice and soft!! Only thing is husband says fish was a little soft and should be cooked just a little longer but said it was good!! I would highly recommend this place!!
Almost Everything Is Fried! As long as you know that going in you should be good. I've had multiple fried menu items, were they great? No, but they were fresh and tasted good. I'm also fan of the Philly. The menu is huge. I'm not sure if its different items or just the same things listed in combos, certainly a lot to look at. The drive though during late night hours was fairly quick and the orders were always right. The inside of the resturaunt is fairly worn down. The booth seats are torn and sit pretty low. Trim was missing on other fixtures. The service was quick and they even helped us save a few cents by giving us a large drinks. I didn't use the restroom. It has a keypad for entry. Despite what it lacks on the interior it doesn't stop the people from coming. One of the few places open late with such a variety.
Place was clean and food came out to us hot and tasty except the onion rings. They were really bad. Everything else was great.
