Full honesty, I worked there for two years, back when I was 17. This was 10 years ago. I can tell you this, back when I worked there it was a very clean McDonalds compared to other food places I worked at, I never had any issue eating any of the food there. They also treated the employees ok, compared to other food service jobs I have worked at. They didn't cheat the customers, and they followed employment law more than most other fast food places (I never noticed anything missing from my check, they responded to sexual harassment complaints properly, as far as I was ever aware there wasn't any sleep with a boss to get a promotion/keep your job going on like I had heard happened at other mcdonalds, and I got a employee meal of 3 dollars for the morning, 5 dollars during lunch with free soda all day) I will say this rubbed me a bit wrong then, but back when I worked there, they asked the employees to write 5 star reviews whenever our reviews dropped, a quick check of the recent five star reviews appears to confirm this. The thing is, as far as mcdonalds go this is a five star, decent mcdonalds, but they should have asked employees to write honest reviews, instead of our boss watching over their shoulder as they typed up a five star review. Honestly though, that's a fairly minor complaint compared to horror stories that fast food employees tell each other in regards to food safety and employee rights. I'm still comfortable going there to eat, which says a lot considering other places I have worked in I still avoid going to.
A lot of the times the cashier in the first window is amazing and makes quick work of her job.
Food is always warm and hot for a fast food joint, and order is right 99.9% of the time.
Doing Dine in at night is sort of a weird vibe and you can expect teenagers in every corner, and the food might take longer, but still good.
A kind worker named Santina helped me take care of my food. I will definitely come back and hope to pay their kindness forward!
I am addicted to McDonalds coffee. I will sometimes get a sausage muffin or the excellent sausage McGriddle with my coffee. The sausage burritos are also very good. I have found that most employees are friendly and efficient.
This McDonald's has the best customer service at their drive thru. We are from out of state and visited this location several times while we were there. Each time the cashiers were so friendly and smiling. Wish the locations where we are from would take a lesson.
Can place with friendly staff!
Did a mobile order and it was canceled once I said I was there. Went through the drive and got my mobile order, after ordering the same thing as the mobile order. Multiple charges and refunds on my credit card. It all worked out, but just a pain.
Here’s the deal. I have been to this location quite a few times as we live close and have small kids who would eat nothing but happy meals if we let them. Is it perfect? No. Are there people who work there and are trying to provide for their family? Yes! And I hold high respect for those who grind it out every day. Today is 5/20/21 and whoever was working the drive thru and window late night did an excellent job. Her microphone was on when I pulled up to order, which gave me an insight to how kind she was to the customers before me. She was super polite to me as well and just a great overall experience. Listen, not every order will be correct, and that’s understandable... But being kind and polite to every order coming thru is all we can ask for. Especially with how times are right at this very moment with people just sitting around on their butts not looking to work. Give her a raise. In my opinion she deserves it. Great job young lady, and keep doing what you are doing. You will soon reap the benefits of being excellent at your job!
