There first real butcher shop I have found in Katy. The prices are very reasonable for Prime aged beef. Custom cut to your specs while you wait.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The taste and quality are superb; the Ribeye was soft as butter, and the ageing and marbling were spot on. Will keep coming back and sending friends.

Love this place. Stopped in today and refilled my freezer. Also grabbed the picanha for the Memorial Weekend grill. You guys are the best!!
My family, dogs(the smoked bones they sell), and I absolutely love meat masters!!!! the quality of meat is always fresh and top of the line. Once you try it you won't want to buy from anyone or anywhere else. You're always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and are ALWAYS thanked for shopping there, I would and will recommend this place to everyone!!!

Marvin and staff are helpful, charming, and know their stuff. We're in the market several times a month. From great full cuts of beef, to ground-while-you-wait beef, to bacon wrapped quail, to lamb, to yard eggs ~ Meat Masters is our go-to butchers.
Marvin's smoked brisket is better than that served in any restaurant in Katy!
We love the fraldinha and picanha, plus the team and Marvin are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend it!

I know how to handle meat on an open flame. Meat Masters, Inc. added the perfect cut. Marvin, you were right about the marbeling! Of course, why wouldn't you be. If you're looking for a fresh cut for your grill, get your flavor here!

My wife and I went their for the first time yesterday. We bought 2 freezer packs. Had burgers last night. I wanted to make sure the ground chuck was really as fresh as advertised. We were not disappointed! We cooked them with only kosher salt and black pepper. Extremely fresh! One of the best burgers ever! I'm sold on their ground chuck! Tonight cooking NY Strips! Can't wait!
Their Boerewors is the best in Houston. This is a must visit butchery for South African expats!

Hidden gem. Bought some NY stip to cook for family. Service was great and steak was amazing quality. Also, I didn't mess up the cook. It was sooo good. Will be back.

Pleasure doing business with them. Both prime ribs I’ve bought have been amazing cuts. I like how they put extra effort into trimming fat and tying the meat. You can tell they take pride in their job and have a great time doing it.
My first time walking in a true meat market (bc it intimidates me) and it was a wonderful experience! Caleb was so very helpful and explained all the types of steaks and cuts. He was friendly and did not make me feel the least bit dumb for asking rookie questions. He also gave me cooking tips, which I used and we had amazing steaks for dinner.. We have now found our new butcher to get all of our steaks. Thank you Caleb!!

First time customer. Walked in and apparently just missed the crowd which is nice so I was helped right away. Bought 7lbs with off New York Strip and they were great.
Meat Masters is the best! Since day one of coming here the staff has been personable, kind and willing to go the extra mile. I am from a small town up north and I have not found many businesses in Katy with staff as friendly as this. The meat is always great quality. Their chicken breasts are the best!! So grateful I discovered a quality meat market with business owners that I am more than willing to support. Thanks guys!
Visited Meat Masters today for the first time after a friend recommended them. I arrived there shortly after they opened so it wasn't crowded. Everyone there was really nice and I can't even describe the different cuts/types of meat! I got a few items but I was very impressed with their porterhouse steaks! It was cut fresh to my desired thickness and cleaned up nicely by the butcher. I wished I would have gotten his name, but I will most certainly ask next time! Their meat is very high quality. I will definitely be coming back!
Great place! Went there my first time today, I got 6 prime steaks, looked great! Just cooked a ribeye and was one of best steaks I have had in a long time! The guys were nice, helpful, and gave me exactly what I was asking for, the way I wanted it! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good butcher I’ve used.
