Fusion Grill is fantastic! Every burger we have tried has been delicious and cooked to perfection. The homemade sauces are perfect additions to the burgers and the french fries. This food truck has fast become a favorite for our family. Highly recommended!!!

Fusion grill was sensational! The restaurant is very cozy and private, perfect for a romantic meal with your special one, but also good for a group or a family meal.
The chicken taco was warm and filled to the brim. The meat was moist, tender and seasoned just right to create an explosion of flavor in my mouth. It was equally tasty, leaving you to want more.
This brings me to the next part, the brisket fries! WOW is an understatement on how tasty this meal was!
The brisket was rich in flavor and the tender and the combination with the Cajun sauce and the warm,freshly fried and crispy fries made it a perfect dinner meal.
Go eat here you can thank me later. The bar tender Ixchal was very kind and made my experience enjoyable with her kindness. I highly recommend fusion grill. Even better i was told that they have a DJ on Saturday evenings
This place is absolutely amazing! Burgers, Hotdogs, Sandwiches, Salads, tacos and a bunch of drinks and appetizers. I cannot recommend this place enough.
The garlic parmesan fries with bacon were out of this world, you have to try them! This is definitely a 10/10 restaurant!

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed with a smile and a greeting.
My sidecar was amazing! If anybody is interested inside cars, you should come to this restaurant. Our server Sofia had a smile on her face and was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. The food came out fast and hot and tasty and before the food my drink came out very fast! This is one of my favorite restaurants in Katy!
The service here was super fast! We ordered the calamari (SO good!!) as an appetizer and it arrived just before our food, so be sure to order appetizers and then wait to order food or tell them to bring out the appetizer first! The drinks were also both super cute to look at and yummy! We ordered the garlic Parmesan fries which were melt in your mouth and I got the blue sky burger with plantains! Overall, the place was cute on the inside, food was delicious, and will be back for sure!!
This food is excellent. I would have liked more variety and I think the fries are expensive for the serving size. I wish the items came with a side. That doesn't include the brisket fries. Those are bussin.
OMG I LOOOOOVED the food. Ordered vegetarian, hawaiian and fish tacos as well as cesar salad. Mouth watering. Will definitely be back! The server was super sweet and answered all our questions. It’s a small space. They made a great job to create around 10-15 tables inside and outside. Do however keep that in mind during lunch time. Their prices are definitely reasonable. Can’t wait to try other meals. Everything seemed sooo yummy!!!
It’s not a food truck but an actual restaurant! Great decor, service, drinks/juices and food had great flavor. I will return if I’m back on Katy side of town.
I started off with the delicious Garlic-parm fries, added a Brisket taco, and then nailed the coffin with the Burrata Burger. Every bit of this meal was amazing! I only hope they plan on opening closer to DFW.

Yesterday I went for lunch with my family just because I had seen them on social networks but the experience was beyond expectations. everything was amazingly good, we ordered 3 types of burgers, the meat was perfect and we also ordered the truffle fries. The attention was incredible and before we left I found out that the owner and our waiter were from my country and also from my city, which makes me feel very proud. thanks for everything.
We had the Garlic Parmesan Fries with Bacon and I could have had that for my meal, it was so good. Best fries I have ever eaten. We also had the Mr. Fusion Burger and Portobello Burger. The portions were large, we could not finish our meals. The staff is very friendly. Service was great.
This is a nice place to grab some food. The menu is decent and the food is tasty. We had kids chicken fillets, octopus and a burger. Kids shared a chocolate pudding as there were no kids puddings.
Went here for my first time today and I have to say I was definitely surprised at the flavor and quality of the meat. The name sounded a bit odd to me but with the positive reviews I decided to give it a shot. I had the cheeseburger with garlic parm fries and my friend had the brisket fries. The service is quick and the restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere.
Service is lacking and three servers came and looked lost. Foods are good but small portion and high price. Overall, ok.
At the recommendation of a friend, I went to this place to see how the food was. Very impressed with the effort they put into their food and drinks. Lots of selection here and that can be a bad thing normally but they manage to put their own twist onto each meal and create flavorful dishes. My wife had a paloma that was just the right flavor and easy to drink.
The atmosphere has a mid-town feeling despite it being small and in the suburbs. Would definitely recommend it to anybody on this side of town.

I just want to start by saying “Thank you” to Adriana (The sweetest bartender), the manager & the waitstaff! Everyone was so kind, hospitable & attentive. I hadn’t been since the remodel & it is a completely different experience! I loved the food, drinks & Sax player that set the mood for the evening. I can’t wait to come back & venture through the menu.

The food and drinks were delicious 😋 I've been 3 times for happy hour and it is definitely my new favorite spot!
