This location is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to! Always fast service, never rude, just great overall. I would say, choosing to power wash the drive thru in the middle of a morning rush while the drive thru line is wrapping around the other side is the building is a probably not the best idea. Just a thought.
There is something different in a good way at this location. A lot and much Cleaner and nicer staff than usual. And they serve to your table like u re a millionaire :) Good job manager! 👍🏻😊 Highly recommended
7/16/23 @9am Shout out to Alex and Jaykri duo for their overachieving performance in customer service. The second I walked through the door Jaykri made sure My order was taken care of and Alex was his tagteam duo making sure I got my orders quick. 3 separate orders and I was out in less than 2 minutes! Shout out to these guys for really changing the work flow at this location! I usually wait 10-15 minutes for an order at this morton ranch location. Hopefully this is the new norm!
This has been the best mcdonalds I've been to for awhile now. From the greeting at the door and excellent customer service. A manager noticed me waiting and it wasn't even a long wait but he hot my order number and got myorder right away. EVERYTHING was correct and in the bag plus more, jellies syrups butter! The food was hot and super fresh too!! They cleaned a drip on the floor super fast, place was clean. Gave me faith in mcdonalds again
This is one of cleanest and fastest in making orders. They are really friendly and helpful. They make sure we have everything needed before getting our payment. Great foods and drinks
Food made by very friendly staff who cares. I go there and they know me by name and greet me with a smile. They even ask if I am ok if Iook exhausted coming in (which is 90% of the time).
Try McGriddle the first time. It’s super innovative and nice!

Location is not very accessible, traffic builds up fast in the area and not a quick in and out
The staffs are a little rude and slowly. However i like this location because it is closed to my house and they made a good burgers. Everything is hot and fresh.

I went for McFamily fun night and my toddler loved it. He got his face painted and worked on some crafts. Staff were extremely nice and service was quick and courteous. Happy meals were only 1.99 and my son got a free toddler cone. Great value and a great time so we will definitely be back.
Clean restaurant, friendly service and a more generous military/veteran discount than other fast food chains. I said to the manager on duty that this is now my favorite McDonald's location. 😂👍
