If you're in the Monument Valley area you must stop. The food is exceptional.

Enjoyed a traditional Navajo Taco which was very good. It's all about the fry bread! Taco toppings felt minimal, esp in terms of meat, but all flavors matched well. Service was very slow.

Great dinning experience. I believe that covid has affected staffing I am very patience and enjoy my surroundings so if you're in a hurry this is not a fast food restaurant, it is casual and you are allowed to enjoy the dining experience. Just the right amount of visits to your table. The food was great and displayed properly on the plate and prepared as requested. When requesting dessert the server could see that we wanted to share and advised that our choice was enough for two which we enjoyed. We'll done to the whole staff.

We had a memorable dinner at Reuben Heflin Restaurant inside the Hampton Inn. We had 4 different entrees and they were all delicious. My daughter had the green chili stew with fry bread and it was excellent. I had a simple chefs salad but it was very good. They might have been short staffed because we came in like 8:30 PM, but the service was friendly and attentive. Also, the decor is lovely!!

This restaurant is in the hotel tugged away in the small town of Kayenta. We had the tacos, their Saturday night special - chicken fried chicken and burger - burger was slightly dry but tacos and fried chicken were 👌 bread pudding and ice-cream was also a good way to end the night. I would recommend this Navajo traditional restaurant to people passing through.

Food is served buffet style and was incredibly good. Lots of options, and the service was quite good with constant drink refills. Tri-tip and southwest chicken were highlights. Excellent option when in Kayenta

I’ve been staying at the Hampton Inn for the last week nearly and I’ve had dinner in the attached restaurant many nights. I recommend going with the specials as things are pricey otherwise but entirely worth it!!! The staff are excellent and so very friendly they made me feel like home and I enjoyed seeing them and chatting with them everyday! Now, for the best advice you’ll get... if you can only afford to eat here one night then it has to be Wednesday for the braised lamb shank!!!!! Don’t doubt me. Just do it. For dessert grab a mud pie and a couple spoons if you’re not alone. Enjoy!! I wish tomorrow was Wednesday again omg!
