I have ordered twice from this location and the food is good. However, the first time I ordered I called and made sure that they added utensils as I am out in the street and eat in the go. The gentleman that took my call assured me that he would add utensils. When it arrived, no utensils were added.

Staff had an obvious lack of concern for customers, stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes wondering where all the staff was before realizing they were all on their phones in the dining booths. Have not been here for two years, what a disappointment!!!!. I understand that everything is more expensive now but, please, keep the quality on the servings. We had the pan con lechon and you would need at least the meat of three sandwiches to make a decent one. Never again!!!
