I've been a few times. Always great food and service. From mussels to pork chops, wow! Best Chinese I have ever eaten. Lunch menu is a steal, $7.00. Again wow!!

It is so hard to find really good Chinese. And I'm not taking about "authentic". I just mean good quality. Little Chinatown is a winner in my book. All the ingredients were fresh, the sauce was not sticky and heavy. My waitress was very nice as well. I had Mongolian beef, which can sometimes have a bad onion to meat ratio, but not here. A perfect meal.

The food is amazing and you get plenty of it. The salt and pepper chicken wings are amazing! Best Chinese food we have ever eaten and that is hard to find,

Best hot-sour soup ever. Garlic shrimp, tripe excellent. All ingredients taste fresh. Seasoned perfectly. Will return. Nothing better since San Francisco

This place is excellent. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, the service is fast, the food is excellent. I've tried the roast pork, the roast duck, the salt and pepper quail, and all of the soups. Never had I had a bad meal. If you want good food for an equitable price with great service then you should come here. I normally order food in or take-out once a week from this place.

The crunchiest, freshest veggies! Beautiful presentation! Lunch is SO cheap! This is the best Chinese I've ever had.

Impressive.... Went today for lunch with the wife. Ordered salt and pepper chicken wings, congee w/ pork and preserved egg, goat stew noodle soup, mandarin chicken (wife), egg drop soup (wife), and intestine with xo sauce.

Here are my ratings:

Chicken wings -- 5/5. Excellent fried wings, funny in that they were topped with neither salt nor pepper. Instead, they were topped with a combination of garlic, sliced fresh jalapenos, and a squirt of lemon juice. Would definitely order these again.

Congee -- 1.5/5. For those of you who don't know, congee is a soupy rice porridge, topped with a variety of ingredients. Mine had pork, green onion, and preserved 100-year old egg. The stuff was pretty flavorless and bland, like overcooked mushy rice mixed with water (which is exactly what it is.) I guess congee is the Asian version of grits. They're very bland and plain unless you add some stuff to it. In my case, my toppings didn't do much to enhance the flavor. And word to the wise-- never try a preserved 100-year old egg -- that thing was foul. Glad I tried the congee, but wouldn't order it again.

Goat stew noodle soup -- N/S. Shortly after we ordered, our waiter came back to our table and told us they were out of goat stew. Oh well, next time.

Mandarin chicken -- 2.5/5. My wife is an expert on Mandarin chicken, and said this one was very average.

Egg drop soup -- 2.5/5. Wife said this was average, as well.

Intestine w/ xo sauce -- 5/5. Being an adventurous eater, I decided to go out on a limb and try this. The sauce was phenomenal -- sweet, spicy, garlicky deliciousness. Anything would taste good in this sauce, including the intestines, which I'd never had before. The flavors were great, although I could sense the faint taste of the barnyard, and I didn't care for the texture. Didn't matter; I cleaned my plate. I wouldn't order the intestines again, but I'd definitely order something else -- chicken, beef, or shrimp -- with the xo sauce.

Overall, I was VERY impressed. This is now one of my favorite places in the N.O. area, along with Young's Garden and Five Happiness. The menu had a lot of other things that I want to try. I can see that it's a hit-and-miss place, but the menu has enough variety that everyone should be able to find something they really like.

We come here once in a blue moon. We usually order the works, but this time we still did but not as many dish as it was only 2adult and a baby. My older son is on vacation so we didn't want to overdue it. Everything here is good and we try to try something new everytime we go. We had salt pepper alligator. Yummy! We had duck hot pot, Goat stew, fried intestines, and a few other. Good

Discovered this jewel a couple weeks ago. Lunch today was YUMMY! Egg drop soup is the best. The eggplant was very flavorful. The mandarin chicken had a light batter.

Such a good Chinese restaurant. It was super busy which was awesome to see. Have the orange chicken in the blackened steak very sizable portions and pretty reasonable in price as well. I'm looking forward to my next trip.

The food is good 😋. And you get alot for your Money 💰.
