Thought I would swing into the drive-thru today at McDonalds on 395 and Kennewick Ave, in Kennewick, and treat myself to a breakfast muffin, only to find that I was the fourth of five recipients behind a wonderful soul who payed it forward. To you I say "thank you VERY much", and you have yourself one wonderful day! : ) And to the workers there, great smiles to greet you in the morning.
Great place & atmosphere! Gave me the strength to make my bed (photo for reference).
Our order was kinda lacking. Tried to call and mailbox was full. However, when we went in days later, our meal was replaced.
Loving coming to this one because my kids enjoy the PlayPlace. The staff was friendly. There could’ve been more areas to be cleaned such as tables, but I get it it’s fast food and it’s not always going to be the best. Food was good. Service was good. My girls love the PlayPlace!

Went thru the drive thru this morning and was greeted with a smile by a nice young lady. I asked her how her morning was starting, and she said tired, but she made it! What a positive person i love it, we need more people in the world just like her! So that was at the 1st window, the 2nd window. To my surprise, it was her again. Still happy as could be lol they just traded positions 😂 I hope good things come her way she deserves it 🙏🏻! Anyway my sandwich was very good, even being vegetarian there was something for me. Although pulling away, we noticed the garbage that they provided for all of us, which is very nice of them, was FULL. I'm just wondering how full a garbage has to get before people STOP putting garbage in it??? COME ON PEOPLE granit. Yes, they should check them maybe a little bit more, but that's just ridiculous. Ok, and about these garages now that I'm on the subject, they are at the END of the drive-thru so it's really not for their food because you can't (well i guess you could lol) eat your food that fast from the 2nd window to that trash can. So i guess people are seriously cleaning out their cars (maybe) while waiting for their food because they were asked to pull forward. Idk whatever the case is they don't have to be there. Just please WHEREVER, and WHENEVER you see a trash can that's full, STOP putting trash in it, please, and thank you! Thank you McDonald's for the great service and great food.
It's what you'd typically get from a McDonald's. Nothing bad about it, this one is located in an interesting spot in the sense that it can get a very busy drive thru at the latest hours. The food quality can be affected by this, but still decent speed times
Its McDonald's, usually service is pretty consistent. Got the food for my son and his buddy. They always like it!
They messed up my order. So old not eat. It was drive thru, so was miles away but the time I noticed. Dinner went in the garbage. Thanks for listening to the order, then messing it up.
My daughter and I came in for dinner and ice cream. A wonderful worker named Lupe made several trips in order to provide us with smiling, friendly tableside service. She was kind, attentive, and WAY better help than I would have expected from a busy mcdonalds.
Minor complaint-I haven't had a mcnugget in a few years, so I don't know if there was an intentional change to the recipe, but my mcnuggets were...chewy.
Bryce the manager is awesome! Very helpful, you can tell he cares for his employees. I would love to have a manager like him.
This McDonald's is my son's and grandchildrens favorite. They have a great indoor play area, with a variety of toys, that has been clean every time we have been here. The staff here has been very friendly and attentive.
