I stopped in to see what this place was all about. Unfortunately, I already ate and was looking for a smoothie. I was absolutely shocked about how nice and friendly the staff was toward all of their customers. I hadn't been in there before so the person at the register told me about the menu and even showed me where the paper menus were located so I didn't have to stare up at the menu board. I ordered the Mango Magic classic smoothie. It was large and very good. They were slow at actually making my smoothie to the point that I was going to ask someone to please make it. My ingredients were just sitting on the counter waiting to be blended (they weren't busy). The seating area is a little small but there isn't much they can do with the limited space. I liked that they added bar stools at the counter to increase the seating area. If you get a chance, this is the place to check out for great customer service. I thought I was in another city. Great job people! I'll be back to try the food and hope they are a little faster with making my order (hence the four stars).

My first visit ever to any Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Reviewing as a vegan, there are only a couple of food options on the menu, and since it's a lighter-fare/healthy type of place, I expected more. A lot of their smoothies have yogurt, but there are enough vegan options to give you a good variety to choose from. I got the Chia Banana Boost and it was very tasty! The place was clean, and the service was prompt and friendly. It's a good place to try. Update: I visited this place the very next day and ordered the same smoothie. It was not nearly as tasty as the one I got the day before - I could only taste the strawberries. The first one I got had flavors of banana and almonds and cinnamon. That second one was disappointing.
