I didn’t know what to expect but as my first time it was the most awesome store ever. I was like a kid looking at literally everything and smiling like crazy. The store has everything. Amazing selection in beer/wine/ciders and foods as well as sitting down to eat. Best part is being able to have a few tastes of the menu then having a glass of whatever while I shop. That was the topper. My goal was to check out the alcohol selection and I found items that I could never find other places so I was happy. I have been spreading the word cause it is a cool place to go to and I will be back! Also, staff was all helpful and friendly.

My fiance and I went to Horrocks for the first time yesterday and were blown away. What a little slice of heaven! I had such a great time hanging out in their tavern building my own six-packs of beer while drinking a draft from the bar! What a wonderful experience- we will be back for sure, even though it is a bit of a drive for us from Holland, MI.

My FAVORITE store EVER! Only place I've ever seen with natural toiletries, huge cheese selection, sushi bar, wine tasting, a little cafe, free coffee, and a green house! Oh fresh cut flowers too!! Keep up the great work Horrocks! You need to open more stores. One in Grandville would thrive.

I love Horrocks. I've been shopping here for years. Their fresh floral department is unparalleled in the area for do-it-yourself arrangements, and I love their variety of foods. Their bulk food section and even their home decor is wonderful. Everything is unique and beautiful.

I always look forward to shopping here for my groceries, and other things. Try saying that when you go to them 'other' stores.

Great variety of flowers , foods, clothing, accessories! A lot of good things found here that you don't see in a lot of stores. Coffee selection is fantastic! A lot of healthy foods, fresh vegetables & fruit as well. Wish we had one out in the Hudsonville/Zeeland/Holland area! Prices are also reasonable!

Fantastic destination for unique gifts and groceries. Searching for that holiday, everyday, "that's so cool" item? You can find can find it here! Horrocks is an excursion. You couldn't see everything in a day they have to offer. Homemade candy, popcorn and drinks. WARNING, don't approach hungry!

My daughter thought I was crazy to want to take my granddaughters to a “grocery store”. But I knew from the pictures they would really like it and I was not disappointed. So much to see, smell, and eat. Just the wonderful smell of the freshly made popcorn was heavenly. So many candy selections as well as the many flavors of macarons. Worth the trip alone. After walking through the market and garden center we each picked something for lunch and ate outside in the beer garden. Will definitely go again.

Oasis on a cold winter day! Free coffee and one free trial of a salt water taffy or a caramel. Sunny and bright! The first photo here that pops up in google maps does it NO justice, can you change it to reflect the huge greenhouse you see upon walking up? They also added an outdoor eating area in the back that is so on trend and cute in summer! They had some wasp traps that were helpful for the wasp problem. We love Horrocks for a special treat. Update: wicked thai soup is amazing but the lobster bisque is terrible.

I frequent Horrocks on a weekly basis. I bought a sticker for my car. I love this place! What's not to love? A huge selection of flowers and decor. A variety of popcorn flavors, made in store daily. $5 sushi on Wednesdays. 32 soups available daily. An amazing selection of fresh produce. Pizza made in house. Deli options that you can sample. Bulk candies. A huge selection of wines and beers. Beer garden and they offer flights. And a free cup of coffee while you shop! There's too much awesomeness to list everything, you'd have to check it out for yourself!

A different kind of one-stop-shop, we regularly get fruits, veggies and meat here (a long with a cup of free coffee) but also visit their greenhouse on occasion. It can be fun browsing the wide variety of beer and if it's around meal time the deli sandwich and soup are a good option. Although I don't eat it much, my son also enjoys their sushi often. A couple of different seating areas provide nice spots to sit and chat with friends and the employees have always been helpful.

Gigantic shopping center, from garden goods, food items, lunch and snacks items, 50+ soups, sandwiches, alcohol, huge wine and beer selection, on draft. Quite a unique place, hyprid food, garden and coffee shop. Excellent Gelato. Marsha, the Gelato chef is incredible, unique and tasty flavors!

I haven't been here in a while. I was recommended by Home Instead to get something to eat there. Wow. I had the best rueben panini I have ever eaten. Lots of meat, saurkraut wasn't too sour. Perfect! I stayed a while to take lots of pictures for this review. We're not in Kansas anymore Dorothy. Besides selling superior plants they have lots of things to tempt you. Gifts for kids and adults, home accessories, clothing for children and women, jewelry, full deli, fresh produce, full bar, soups, chocolates, popcorn, preserves, assorted cold non alcoholic beverages, salads, gluten free selection is huge, yummy gelatos, (get your free tiny sample!) fresh flowers to buy by the stem or custom made arrangements, full grocery, large liquor selection. It's endless! Pet section, bird seed, etc. Indoor dining area. Outdoor patio. Special events with music and food trucks. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Store and bathrooms are very clean. Large clean parking lot with lots of handicap parking. I actually came back a few hours later to shop. Enjoy and welcome to Horrock's!

Great deli and delicious pizza. Very fun store. You can do beer & wine tastings. Groceries are more expensive than most stores, but they have a good variety.

A wonderful grocery market. A little higher in price than a big box store, but not much, and not on all things. Much better produce, meat, cheese and beer and wine selections. Daily hot soup and ready-to-eat deli selections are incredible. Freshly made popcorn of all types everyday. Fairly large selection of different roasts of bulk coffee beans. Freshly made gelatto. In-store beer and wine bar - and you can drink while you shop. Live music on fairly regular basis. Pretty nice garden center. If you're shopping for just the staples, go to a big box store for economy, but if you're looking for specific items for a recipe, look for them here. They'll probably be about the same price, but much better quality. And they have stuff that you simply won't find in a big box store.

Have been here just only twice in 3 years. If you are looking for a very unique shopping experience at a grocery store compared to Walmart, Target etc then this is the place for you. Everything is so unique about this place, from the way it looks to the kind of products it carries. They have a good selection of books, has its own candy department, A really nice deli where all kinds of foods are prepared. A soup station which we really liked. Has all kinds of unique snacks and consumables. It is pretty pricey when it comes to food items and other household products but then again it has a really different experience. So when visiting GR, it's a good place to stop by to get some groceries and grab a quick bite.

This Horrocks store in Kentwood is unbelievable. Everything is in here! Awesome from: cut flowers, indoor/outdoor plants, gifts, books, groceries, produce, candies, deli , holiday decorations , hot food, 36 hot soups! Even live entertainment on certain days. This is a treasure of a place to shop, browse and dine.

I love this place. Nice complimentary coffee in all kinds of flavors with all kinds of fixings including non-dairy creamer. They make a point to keep it clean and organized. It's small things like this (but probably a bigger effort on their part) that make me want to come back. Great selection of plants including String of Pearls succulents with perfectly round beads. I've seen them elsewhere such as Lowe's, but in the elongated teardrop shape instead. They have plenty of Fiddle Leaf Figs and I'm hoping to luck out soon with a Monstera Deliciosa. Basically, they stock some trendy plants including very healthy looking Pileas at very reasonable prices (relative to what others are selling them for online and elsewhere). Their Pileas are from the same nursery as the one Meijer is currently sourcing from, but the ones at Horrocks are a lot healthier and more robust looking. If you see something you want, don't hesitate to buy or someone else will. I've passed on some plants before only to see them gone a day or two later. Lovely selection of pots too including *gasp* modernist minimalist ones that are very CB2-esque (CB2 is owned by Crate & Barrel) except they aren't exorbitantly priced. Pots are also currently 40% off. I point this out because it seems like a lot of nurseries tend to carry very traditional, homey, kitschy, colorfully glazed ceramic *coughuglycough* pots that looked like they sat for awhile because no one wants 'em. Horrocks has some traditional style pots, but they also cater to more subdued contemporary tastes which I greatly appreciate and I'm lucky to live near this store. The bread is good (I love French baguettes) and they mark down day-old bread. They carry retro candy including salt water taffy in all kinds of flavors and Cow Tales. Alcohol isn't my thing, but they also have a huge selection of wines and craft beer. Amazing deli/soup section with an area nearby that you can sit down and eat, tons of cheeses and overall good produce. I was however disappointed by the kale I saw here recently and didn't buy because they were very floppy and sad looking. I like them with some vibrancy and crunch as the main leafy green in my smoothies. They also carry some pretty unique gifts, but they are a bit spendy because you can't really find what you see here elsewhere and I get the feeling it's locally sourced or from various artisans and I would be happy to support that. Great selection of fresh cut florals and people who can make beautiful arrangements. Check-out is always fast and speedy. I could go on and on. I should just basically live here. See pics.

Every time someone comes to visit, we must go to Horrocks! They have so many food items to choose from. We had lobster bisque for lunch before driving back to the airport and it was delicious. We always have to take time to smell the flowers. It is my mother’s favorite place and she doesn’t even live in Lansing.
