I have to eat gluten free, so I was beyond thrilled when they changed gloves and got new cutting boards and knives. They took everything from the back so there was no risk of cross-contamination. Plus the food was delicious. It tasted super fresh. I wish they had one of these in my city!

One of my favorite restaurants. Always fresh and tasty. Friendly service. I think I've been to every location, and I've never been disappointed.
My elder daughter got me hooked to sushi. I have never tried any other sushi, for me sushi is synonymous with fusian. Now my younger one is a fan too, who has always been a very picky eater.
They had something for everyone in my family. My son, who doesn't like sushi, ate the pb&j roll.
Love it. The kids love it. Now we just need one Eastgate!!! Great staff and I love the drink options

We have been hooked on Fusian since the first visit. And, what's even more exceptional and rarer in my experience, is that the attachment to this place just keeps growing. We went from eager, but occasional visitors to going 3 or more times per week! It wasn't rare for me to go there for a business lunch and then have my wife ask me if we could go to Fusian for dinner! Of course! The food is excellent and the choices are flexible and extensive. Everything is fresh, including the house made teas and other drinks like lemonade and gingerade. On a side note, but very important for us, they treated our daughter, who has 8 severe food allergies, like the most important customer. Fusian has a process for helping people with food allergies amazingly comfortable and, most important, safe. We are indebted to this wonderful team for introducing our daughter to a lifelong relationship with sushi. Take your whole family!
Can't think of a place that I regularly go where the food is always excellent and the employees seem legitimately happy to be there! Bravo you guys!!
Visited for the first time today. Best sushi ever!! Absolutely loved it.
The food always looks and tastes fresh. Sushi has the tendency to not be filling, but at FUSIAN, I feel you really get your money’s worth. I really enjoy having the ability to customize my sushi rolls, as not many places allow you to do that. I also appreciate how many cooked protein options are available. Service is always fast and friendly.

I had the pleasure of trying a salmon poke bowl with brown rice, and I must say, it was a delight!
The assortment of toppings and vegetables in the bowl added a delightful mix of textures and flavors. Crisp cucumbers, tangy pickled ginger, creamy avocado slices, and crunchy edamame created a harmonious medley that enhanced the overall experience.

Quality, fast food poke. Our custom poke bowls had fresh ingredients that were well prepared. The potstickers were terrible; edges were overcooked and dry, filling was gummy and tasteless. Would return for bowls but not potstickers. Parking is tight.
Fusian is awesome! Staff are so accommodating and the sushi is always amazing! Crispy shrimp roll is my go to favorite.
Clean and the food was great. The Service was really good. They were friendly and helped me with my order as a first timer. Was quick so i had time to eat on my lunch break 👍
The shrimp Tempura was amazing the spicy tuna was really good too.
My first visit to Fusian...what have I been missing!!!! Delightfully fresh and quick lunch with wonderful authentic options. I chose the tuna bowl with brown rice and used the sesame soy as the dressing. Picture a Chipotle or Piada with sushi as the theme! Friendly service and clean! This could.my new go to place easily!
Such an interesting concept for a restaurant. You pick your own toppings for sushi. The quality of the food was good, however, I was a bit disappointed with the machines making everything. Flavors were good, definitely some place worth trying. I did like their iced tea selections!
Fun make your own rolls or bowls. Excellent if you have an allergy to food. They have a separate area to prep food if you're allergic to something. We've never had any issues. The homemade brewed tea combinations are good too.
Took our family of three for dinner recently. First time giving our little guy sushi and he absolutely loved it as well as the two of us. Staff was amazing and gave us great recommendations which all were amazing! My all time favorite was the rainbow roll really classic and delicious! 11/10 we plan to return!

Love FUSIAN! I was disappointed they got rid of the location downtown in Cincinnati, really wish they had more locations (Mason/Loveland area!?!?) This location is out of my normal life but I have to make the stop because it's so good..
The ingredients are very high quality, the staff keeps the place clean and the line moving. The reward app is .. well .. rewarding and convenient. Definitely one of my favorite places. My meals here are so colorful and flavorful, I think the prices are all fair.
This was the best service at a fast casual I've ever gotten, professional and courteous. The food was fresh and delicious. It was a great place to avoid Valentine's crowds.
