Service is great
No eating in. To go only ... and no salad is sold here .. safe way the mall.and pizza place and western8 hotel and sports bar all 500 feet apart
Looks very retro outside but very modern once you enter,the staff was friendly,what you'd expect at a Macdonald overall happy with my experience
This place was a life saver having just completed half of the rain bird trail - came down the steps half way along and the golden arches were at the bottom of the hill waiting for us for a well deserved drink!! Did take advantage of the WiFi too to send a few pictures home. Location was certainly Ideal for us!
Went through the drive thru and got the wrong order. I get it, it happens. I called and I spoke with Rodney! He was so kind and helpful and redid my order plus more! Thank you Ketchikan McDonald's, and thank you especially to Rodney for your efforts to keep us customers happy! 😊
Food comes out pretty quick, was surprised 👌👏Customer service? Depends on who is there🤞... Majority of the time they're pretty good. And they have free wifi🤩
