Such a great find! We’ve been coming to Seabrook for years - glad we finally tried this place. I got their hibachi chicken and steak, which was great, and the sushi looked amazing too. Good service. Would come back here!

The steak was cooked perfectly and the miso soup was good as well. The Christmas rolls were the highlight of our meal. Customer service is excellent at this location and they do take reservations. They are also open later than the other restaurants in this area.

The Fuji was a welcome surprise after the complete letdown of the other surrounding restaurants. We were seated immediately, were greeted, given a rundown of specials and what we may or may not like based on our preferences and were made aware of the drink selections. The waiter was friendly and engaging and at the same time did not hover and gave us plenty of time by ourselves to talk and dine. I had one of their spicy sashimi rolls and two Tobiko (roe) nigiri rolls and both were very good. My friend had the Teriyaki Shrimp Hibachi and was very happy with it as well. The bathroom was spotless and had designer soap and hand lotion for after wash which was nice. We both really enjoyed this place and if we ever went back through will eat here again.

Excellent service and food. There's an extensive selection of sakes, beer and wine. We had a carafe of sake, that was very generous and affordable. We had the hibachi. My companion found a small shard of bone in her steak and scallops. However, the staff made it right, credited her her meal and gave her a premium sushi roll as a courtesy.

The sushi itself was amazing. Fresh tasting, rice was perfect and the flavors were dynamite. If you are a tuna lover, highly recommend the Double Tuna Roll. Careful, it's SPICY but oh-so-delicious! We started with the Tuna Martini as well, very fun coming out in a martini glass. Not giving 5 stars due to some confusion with service and drinks. Their draft beers were out/not working and the bartender was struggling a bit to make a Gin Martini for my friend, but all good! Also, the Love Boat for 2 was enough for my friend to eat himself 😂 The place is on the smaller side, esp with the booth tables, made you get all cozy up ha! Wonderful place!!!

Food and drink menu was solid. The sushi and appetizers were fantastic. Drinks were spot on. It was dinner time in late June so place was packed and service was strained. Waitress did her best. Recommendation to manager- you have 2 hosts just on their phones if not checking folks in. Why not have 1 of them fill water glass and help clear dishes. Overall very good experience though and recommend.

I have been coming to Kiawah for several years and I always make it a tradition for my family and I to go to Fuji several times. Other people that reviewed have said that Fuji is only mediocre and good for what it is. It is hands down the best sushi in America. I give 10 out of five stars. Never fails to impress! Sincerely, Dar.

The food was great! I had the hibachi shrimp and chicken and it was delicious. The server was very nice, but did not check on us very much. But a good atmosphere. The food is $$.

We really enjoyed dining at Fuji. The menu was huge! There must have been more than 30 different specialty rolls to choose from. Our server, Chris, was really helpful pointing us to some unique options that we tried. All the sushi was fresh and tasty. The Udon Noodle soup was also very good. Located in Freshfields Village, which was a really nice shopping and dining area on Kiawah Island.

It’s really better than 4, but it’s not 5. This is a very good casual reassurance that delivers up good food. We love sushi and being from the west coast order often. Fuji does a really nice job! Sushi was fresh and roles good too. It took a while for our sushi to come and they were out of some things, but we made it work. The server was very nice. Had to ask for some refills, but nothing that was terrible. Definitely get a reservation if you plan to eat inside. We’d go again for sure and recommend if u like sushi. Note: they have a lot of other grill items and seem to mostly cater to the grill and Hibachi type foods. We did not try so can’t comment.

I love starting out a meal with ginger salad and miso soup, and the carpaccio is great. The steak hibachi is killer. Less of a fan of the sashimi over rice, as the fish was cut thicker than I like.

The sushi is outstanding. Fresh fatty pieces just like they should be. We started with harumaki and Shumai for appetizers. They were just okay. Of a mixed temperature the shumai was better. We had the love for two option of mixed chef picked nigiri and tuna roll, and the salmon rice bowl don. The service is just decent.
