My company ordered lunch take out for 20 people today. Many of us had never eaten from here but heard good things. First of all, the way way the food was packaged was impressive. The quality of the food was amazing. And the taste of everything was delicious. I can’t wait to go back on my own time. I also want to compliment all of workers that I encountered. I recall the names Jessica and John, but there were others who greeted me and helped me to my car. The staff here may quite possibly be the friendliest group of people working in food service.
Oh. My. GOODNESS! This place is INSANELY GOOD. I’m visiting town and someone gave me a hot tip to come here. The baby back ribs are super moist and flavorful and the meat falls right off the bone. I got two sides – coleslaw (fresh, crisp, not too sweet) and mac & cheese (OMG YUM). Both excellent! And then a little nugget of cornbread which is really good but I’m saving room for the 🍑 peach cobbler! 😋
Update: I had to come back again before leaving town! This time pulled pork was the meat. Same sides. :) DELICIOUS!
The customer service is the bomb!!! The food was even better Lol!! 1st time visitor and can't wait to return. I love how the 6 sauces are right on table for you to sample. I love their mission!! You gtta get the brisket and mac!!
My new favorite Barbeque! Potatoe Salad a little bit salty, but everything overall is well done. I liked the open Cooler bin filled with ice and bottled soda drinks as I approached the counter!
As one of the most consistent chains, this Mission BBQ location has perfected not just their BBQ but also their customer service. As a veteran I often receive email promotions, today's visit was prompted by a free sandwich. I got the Moist brisket sandwich; personally I use their Georgia mustard, add Pickles and some of their signature "Cold" slaw to make it the perfect bite. I also picked up a slice of corn bread (some of the best I've ever had) and enjoyed it with every last drop of fresh squeezed lemonade and sweet tea! They have outdoor and indoor seating, and even though the outdoor seating is right by the parking lot it was quite and peaceful. I'll definitely be back, with or without a free sandwich coupon 😉.
Wow! Hands down best overall dining experience I have had in a while! This is a super “no frills joint”, so wear your big girl sweats and come ready to eat. I had the baby back ribs and baked beans, smoky sauce and the one with the heat….ohhhhh yessss! Yum. Sweat tea to wash it down. The service was so pleasant from ordering to the gentleman that came to our table to check on us. All that greatness AND it is for a good cause?! Thank you for your service Mission BBQ …see you soon!
This was my first experience eating at Mission BBQ and it was good. I visit the location in King of Prussia PA. I got the pull chicken with mac and cheese and collard greens and really enjoyed it. The food was moderately priced between 12.00 to 18.00 for main entree and 2 sides. While dining I notice that the atmosphere cater to supporting first responders and military. I then researched and found out 2 friends "Bill Kraus and Steve Newton came up with their “mission”—to honor America’s military, police officers, firefighters and first responders—and then developed a menu to carry out that plan through a fast-casual concept, Mission BBQ." More importantly a great deal of there profits goes to supporting the community. That made my dining there even more enjoyable and I will definitely be going back.
