This must be one of 3 Popeyes in the whole country that doesn't absolutely suck. They actually were serving the food on the menu, the staff was polite, my order was correct, and they gave me THREE WHOLE DIPPING SAUCES! They didn't make me feel like a criminal for asking for sauce and they even gave me three instead of the single packet I was expecting!
I was here around 1720 on June 20th. I haven't been to a Popeyes in about 3 years because of how bad they've become country wide. I saw this one had 3.9 stars and figured I'd give it a begrudging try. So happy I did and received a normal, pleasant fast food experience.
All other Popeyes need to learn from this one in Kingsville!
When you live in Houston, all you get served or sold is out of code chicken! Shame I have to travel to Kingsville, Tx. for fresh chicken! Thank you, Kingsville Popeyes! 😘
Food was great,employees could definitely use some training,they may have just started working still theres room for improvement.
The cashier lady was very sweet and polite. The young man working the window came to fill up drinks and asked me how I was doing as I stood there waiting for my order. That was very sweet of him since it was hot in there and I was already very tired.
Food was great. But the guy at the front counter was higher then then Snoop Dogg. And him and another guy were cussing at each other behind the counter.
Visited this location just before the lunch rush. I was greeted as soon I walked in and my order was taken right away. Additionally, was able to use a coupon from their app. Tip: let the cashier know before your place your order that you will be utilizing a coupon code. It also helps to have the coupon code ready. Food was out very quickly and tasted great. We will visit again.
