Ah, the IHOP in Kissimmee, Florida! What a cool little place! I was there recently and I'll tell you what this relaxed experience was like.
First, the location is great. It is very close to the Disney parks, which is perfect for a hearty breakfast before facing a day full of adventures. Parking is ample and I had no problem finding a space.
The services are super efficient. As soon as I entered, I was promptly greeted by an incredibly pleasant and friendly attendant. She helped us with the menu and gave us some tips about the dishes.
Speaking of the menu, IHOP has an impressive variety of options. From delicious pancakes to stuffed omelettes, you'll find something you like. And the best of all? Prices are very reasonable, especially for a tourist area like Kissimmee.
The service, as I mentioned, was exceptional. All the staff seem genuinely concerned about making customers feel at home. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a family or friends gathering.
The structure of the restaurant is very inviting. Spacious tables, comfortable chairs and a cheerful decor that puts you in a good mood.
All in all, I definitely recommend IHOP in Kissimmee, Florida. The food is delicious, the prices are fair, the service is first class and the atmosphere is welcoming. And a big highlight for the server who served us with a smile on her face throughout the meal.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give IHOP a solid 9. Be sure to visit when you are in the region. You will not regret. Enjoy!
The atmosphere feels very crowded and tight, mostly because this ihop was so small. We were seated really quickly and the food came pretty quick as well. The pancakes here always taste amazing and I'm a big fan of their crispy and savory hashbrowns. We tried out some of their new crepes, thought those tasted okay, the breakfast ones were good but the cinnamon bun crepes not so much...the icing tasted cheap and the choclate was not melted and the textures felt weird together. Anyways aside from that I absolutely love their pancakes, always fluffy and tasty. I love their bacon and hashbrowns. 100% recommend.
I have visited this establishment before, and as usual, I felt the friendliness of the staff as I walked in. The food was great. I definitely will return. Not taking away from the service, I noticed they can use some upgrades to the restaurant.
I had a wonderful breakfast at this place. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the eggs were cooked just right, and the bacon and hash brown were crispy and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying and hearty breakfast.
I've been to a few ihops in the Florida area and this is up there with the best of them, lovely staff, great service and tasty food highly recommended for a great American breakfast.
The food wasn’t too bad and what you would expect from an IHOP. The wait times were a bit longer then I’d have hoped but it was a fully booked and busy whilst we were there so I suppose to be expected. The service was good and friendly so no complaints there. The hot chocolate mug was a lot smaller then I would have thought though.
We had a great server (Ariana) she was extremely busy but very attentive to anything we needed obviously we left her a great tip The food was excellent Will definitely visit again when I'm that way
Delicious and dependable! We arrived hungry around 8pm after flying in from New Jersey. We were seated right away by our friendly server and drinks and food arrived quickly. My Split Decision Breakfast of 2 eggs (my preference of over easy), 2 bacon strips, 2 pork sausages, 2 pancakes, and french toast was amazing! In fact, my whole family enjoyed our meals. Sometimes the best things are the simplest ones done perfectly right and they definitely do that here!
Was seated as soon as we arrived in a clean booth. Menu was full of options for food! I especially enjoyed the Belgian waffle on our second trip! Both servers we had were wonderful and very helpful. Would definitely go again!

One of my most favourite breakfast spots. Do not miss out on those fluffy and buttery pancakes and savoury hashbrowns. It's just heavenly. After my first time trying it, I had to reorder the same stuff on Uber Eats the next day. The highlight of our visit was the service of one of the staff that day. He was super nice and friendly to me and my family. Catered to everything we wanted. It was the perfect cherry on top (or rather syrup on top haha) during our visit there!
The visit started out rough, but once we notified the manager, Ms. Jay, she took care of us and made the experience wonderful! Our server, Mr. Armani, was super awesome. They both made our party's experience great due to the food and top tier service.👌🏼 Thank y'all! Wish I could get this to corporate.
It was CROWDED. But the host staff made quick work of getting everyone seated. Despite the business, Brandi was an absolute doll! Her tables kept her busy, but she never let it show and we didn't feel shorted in the service we received. Food was hot and delicious. Was very sad I couldn't get the harvest nut & grain pancakes. Come on IHOP! They could definitely choose a better turkey bacon, too, lol.

This place was slammed! But they got us in pretty quick :-) Besides the AC out that morning, the food was awesome and the service was friendly!
