Great BBQ. My friends and I came up from Ga for the East Tenn Fishing Show. The BBQ was amazingly good. We had pulled pork, ribs, green beans, baked beans and potato salad. Wish we could have tried the brisket but we came on Sunday. All of us have eaten lots of bbq and this was hands down our favorite. We ate at the Powell store and the staff was great.
I went to the Central/ Callahan location for the pulled pork Sunday Special this evening (6/12/16) and got the 50% off carry out deal!! It was some of the best I've had in a while. The pork was very tender, moist, and flavorful. Good smoke ring and smoky flavor! I've had Arthur Bryant's pulled pork in KC, and I personally liked yours better. There's was swimming in a sauce that I wasn't crazy about, plus I like to see the actual meat, smoke ring, etc. Then apply the sauce of my choice as needed. My wife didn't even use sauce, and with the flavor y'all had, I agreed it was good just like it was!! We'll definitely be back!!!!
We had Archer's cater our engagement party in July for about 120 people and they were by far the best priced BBQ option in knoxville. That's why we chose them. We chose them on price, but we will recommend them to everyone because of their service, punctuality, professionalism and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, the food!!!! It was unbelievably great, and I swear every single guest RAVED about it to us!
Best potato salad I've ever eaten. It was delivered and set up by Archer, who is just awesome. Great guy.
We had chicken, pork, beans and potato salad. It was all so delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, with groups large or small!
The West Knox location has amazing food & service! I love the variety of sauces from which I get to choose. Everything is always on point. I never leave without eating the greens & banana pudding. Oh did I mention the potato salad., which My daughter loves because of the bacon. My family loves Archer's BBQ.

First time coming here after always seeing all the post on Facebook of the awesome looking food! This place was awesome! BBQ has the good wood fire smoke flavors. I had the Sweet Potato Chips and they were something most places don’t have since you always see sweet potato fries and the chips were awesome! Definitely will be back!!!
Stopped in for the first time today after seeing a review on a gluten free site. The bbq was delicious as were the sides. The potato salad was amazing. Our new favorite! Will be going back soon!

I'm from Maine and while visiting in 2015 we ate here twice and loved it. The pork, chicken and potato salad were great! Can't wait to come back again someday for some great bbq food!

Archer Bagley is a very helpful and generous man. He has helped my nonprofit not only by his donation of food, but also his knowledge he shares with me regarding the food industry. He has introduced me to his head chef and shown me how to set-up our food outreach. The food at Archers is fresh and tastes great. Good BBQ doesn't need sauce, but they do that good too! If you like local business and want to meet Archer, you just gotta ask. He is that cool! They don't waste food, they have a green system and the technology he uses has second to none. Thanks for all you Archer and your staff.
Our first time at Archer's BBQ. We ate at the Central Ave., location. We both had the pulled pork plate and it was really good. The sweet potato chips were great too! That is the first time I've ever had those. We will be coming back!
