Love everything about this place. The laid back atmosphere, the food, the craft brews, the accommodating and friendly staff... the place is an all around home run. Go there almost weekly, but also had my 40th birthday party there this weekend. Spencer was our server and he was great to us. Kept up with us and was super kind. Wanted a shirt added to my tab too and the hostess held it for me and made sure I got it before she left her shift for the night too. Just a truly stellar restaurant all around. Go there! You won't be disappointed.
Was our first time and really enjoyed our food and we'll be. Had the club sandwich & he had a burger 🍔. And some of the best sweet tea.
Service and food were excellent. Love the beer cheese sauce. Pizza was great. Very good beers too.
Just tried your coffee milk stout while visiting Gatlinburg, best beer I've ever had, wish I could get it in Maryland, any chance of getting it delivered?

We met with friends this evening and were met with friendly faces from the start. Kirsten, our waitress was very patient as we chose our meals between talking. She was very helpful, suggesting the Boo Radley sandwich which did not disappoint!!
I would happily return. Great friends, great service and great food!! It doesn't get much better than the Blackhorse Brewery!!

I travel all over trying new beers at small microbreweries. I do not and will not drink from the BIG 3 domestics. I just want to say that Blackhorse has the best red Ale and vanilla cream Ale I have ever tasted. The food was amazing as well. Can not wait to return.
GREAT place! Wife and I had each the Prime Rib Sandwich which was outstanding! Also had the Spicy Italian Flatbread as an appetizer, again very, very good! Our waiter was fantastic! We will definitely have a return visit!!
Love this place, and Claire was a terrific, fun server--eggs, steak and biscuits. :)

I liked the Vanilla Cream Ale and bought a 6 pack to bring back home to MD. The red ale was also really good. Would definitely come back when we are in the area again. Sweet potato and regular fries were fantastic. Chicken salad was good.
I think this is one of the most underrated breweries in Knoxville. Love me some blackhorse! Foods great too.
