Wow, what a fantastic little breakfast place. Super great staff and food. I had a western omelette. I'm glad I didn't order the three egg version because that omelette was stuffed with lots of ham. Very tasty and filling. Best breakfast in town.

First time there this morning. Been seeing it reviewed on Knoxville Eats so had to check it out. Excellent breakfast with reasonable prices. Big crowd! Sign of a good place! Will definitely be going back!!!
This is the best breakfast in town!!! Those of you who know me know that I tell every person I meet abt this place..! The best French toast in town! I love how Sami comes out from the kitchen to converse with people dining there. Very personable! Great workers and fast service! So glad I found this amazing dining place. Enjoy the patio too!
4/21/18 Was the first time my wife & I had lunch at Sami’s cafe in West Knoxville. Lunch was awesome! The staff was very nice, the restaurant was very clean & the food was wonderful! This cafe will be our weekly lunch spot!
Excellent place to eat! My fiancé & I just had lunch here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely worth the drive up from Lenoir City.

Yesterday’s breakfast was our first visit. Good food with super great service. We shall return sometime for lunch.
Great home fries. Best bacon in town - crispy and chewy at the same time. My favorite breakfast place.
Best Breakfast in town. Always fresh and hot. Service is always top notch. New remodel really helped with the big crowds. No more waiting.
A hidden gem in West Knoxville. Great local eatery with breakfast priced much cheaper than some of the new chains that have come to town. Service is always quick and friendly.

Sami's was my favorite breakfast place when I lived in that area. Always good, always fast and always busy. Sami's is the standard by which I measure all other breakfast places. I miss it.
Great food...great value. If your looking for great SOUL food, no better place in Knoxville. Breakfast or lunch...only wish there was dinner!
Nice Cafe. I don't get to Knoxville in the early AM, but today brought me into town for a few errands. Stopped by and ordered Sami's Breakfast Special--Two Eggs over easy, country fries, bacon and some of the best wheat toast I have had in awhile. My eggs were perfectly cooked but I must admit the bacon was a little dry and tough. Great coffee and would return for another visit next time in Knoxville.

Kudos for Sami's Cafe. What a comfortable eatery for W. Knoxville. We dined there around 10:00 am 11/13/12. We had the 2 egg vegetable omelet and gravy biscuit. Our breakfast was served hot from the stove and was very tasty. At $5.75, an uncomparable deal in W Knox. They are not Starbucks and coffee ain't their thing, just great breakfast served hot and fresh. Will be back for more breakfasts and to try their lunches!
It's 11/26 and my wife and I have dined there twice more. Freshest eggs, crispy hickory smoked bacon, cheesy omelets. Yummmmmm. Got to try lunch sometime.
Great choice for breakfast. I at e there this morning on the recommendation of my dr's nurse. I ordered a regular breakfast of bacon, eggs, toast and homefries. Potatoes were real potatoes, not the frozen kind(should have asked for onions if I had knows), eggs were done perfectly and the bacon was excellent. Which reminds me I forgot to ask where they get it. Anyhow, my only complaint was the toast was texas toast, not toasted but grilled on the grill. Disgusting to put jam on......yuk!! Hope they change this. I will definitely return when in Knoxville

One of the best local places for breakfast. Cooked when ordered. Hot, fresh and plenty for the price. Everything is great. Pancakes, French Toast, Omlettes, Biscuits and Gravy etc. great place to take your out of town guest when they are visiting Knoxville. If you have never been, go now. You will return.
Great place. Sami's Cafe is a small locally owner cafe serving just breakfast and lunch. Have not been for breakfast yet, but I eat lunch here once a week with coworkers and always enjoy it. The staff is friendly, service is always good, and the food is made fresh and priced right.
My favorite item is the Chicken Philly.
Seating is fairly limited and lunch can be busy, so go early.
