Wonderful food! My mom and I got a trio each so we could share and try different flavors and we had enough food for two meals. The chicken salads were delicious and the pimento cheese was probably the best we have had. The grape salad was to die for! We don't live in Knoxville, but now we have a new reason to come back.
Such a great concept. Delicious food! I ate at their Tuscaloosa locations all the time in college, as well as their Murfreesboro location when I lived in Middle Tennessee. So pumped it will be in Knoxville now!

Love it! Such great, fresh ingredients and food. I drove an hour after working overtime today just to pick up the great chicken salad that you guys have spoiled me on! Originally I had the Chicken salad BLT with Dixie Chick and it was amazing. Plus I picked up the Sassy Scotty today. Thanks for coming to Knoxville!!
This place is AMAZING!!! We used to eat here all the time in Georgia and I am SO thankful they opened one here! There are no words to describe how delish their chicken salad is! They also have a variety of kids meals for younger kiddos which easily makes it a family affair! GO THERE! You're Welcome! ;)

Grape fruit salad and oh em gee was it good ���� definitely will be back and recommending to all my friends!
The Holly Jalapeño variety lived up to the name. The creamy base was not overwhelming, the shredded chicken was moist and flavorful with pieces of egg distributed throughout. The highlight was the pickled jalapeño peppers mixed in that gave a delightful crunch. I will be back to sample the other varieties as I was pleased with my first taste of Chicken Salad Chick Chicken Salad.

Very nice set up. Friendly employees and great tasting salad! Brought it home to eat on my gluten free bread. This Celiac gives it a thumbs up!
Such a great place!! We were able to sample the choices and had a hard time deciding what we wanted!! Yay for Knoxville!! We will be returning for more!!

Even though I missed out on the freebies at the Grand Opening, I wish to congratulate the lucky winners. This in no way affects my review. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. With all the traffic and chaos I was dreading trying to get in and out of the place but the woman in the parking lot did a great job of helping everyone get in and out of parking spaces as needed. I went into the crowded lobby expecting it to be a long wait. It surprisingly took less that 5 minutes. The Marketing Director or Manager (not sure of her title) was very informative as many people stood in line. Several of us were rookies and had never been to any of these establishments so she gave us many helpful hints that definitely helped me make my choice. I like that there were menus to look at while waiting. They were all very friendly and quite efficient so the lobby didn't stay crowded. It took me longer to get an opening to merge into traffic on Kingston Pike than it did to get in, get my food, and get out. The food was fantastic and I can't wait to try some of the other menu items. I'm glad there is a place like this to go to when I'm not feeling like having my usual. Welcome to Knoxville!
Great food and friendly staff. Price was reasonable and service was quick. We had a scoop of the Classic Carol and the Sassy Scotty on wheat bread. Both chicken salads were delicious. The restaurant was clean and easily accessible from the road. If you like chicken salad this is an excellent choice.

The staff are so friendly here! I wish I knew all of their names so I could give them a shoutout. So if you worked on Mon night the 6th I’m praising you. Elisabeth took our order and was funny, informative and kind. Everyone else was very nice and the bathrooms were Really clean (such a bonus) I even had a pecan allergy and they worked around that so I could eat without being worried. Everything was well portioned and delicious.
10 out of 10 will recommend! Thank you you staff for making my experience memorable! (The chef in the back with glasses, Elisabeth, the lady next to Elisabeth, and the lady with the blue shirt and glasses who cleaned the bathrooms.) You guys are Awesome!
I got the Buffalo chicken. It was not overwhelming hot. It did lack some flavor.
