My hard earned lettuce did not earn much lettuce in return. This Chipotle has been improving from more recent experiences, but the supply chain issues, cost, and quantity are going to eventually pose a challenge for Chipotle. Paying amounts approaching $20 for a bowl that has this little ingredients isn't going to entice one to consider Chipotle as a real option. Hoping this turns around.
They were very understaffed for the lunch rush. I felt terrible for all the employees. I ordered online and waited about 45 minutes for my food. No trouble though because everyone was hustling and working their tails off, you could tell they were working hard and definitely overwhelmed. Then all the guests waiting were all fairly understanding too. I did pay for chips on the app and they were out, so that was sad but no biggie.
