First visit to Fazoli's in almost 15 years - haven't been since my childhood in Florida - but it was better than expected in every way. It's fast casual dining with nice al dente pasta, yummy desserts and drinks, and pleasant service. I went with my mom - she got a $6 lunch special, and I had the spicy sampler to try a little of everything, along with an Italian strawberry ice and some cookies and chocolate cake for dessert. The interior could use a little spruce and shine, but the staff, especially our server Karen, was helpful and nice, all the food we tried was good, and I would recommend it and visit again!
Just visited the Knoxville location. All the staff were friendly and curtious. Very impressed with the excellent service and quality of food!

The food and staff are great my only negative problem is that this place needs a good cleaning from top to bottom . The ceiling vents are blowing out black dust . The walls are really Nasty and sticky tables. Like I said though the food and staff are great !

Yummy Italian food fast. The atmosphere is very inviting and clean. The staff is super friendly. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that loves Italian.
Had my grandkids, and they were so sweet to us!

I drove all the way from Broadway for Fazoli's and was not disappointed... Excellent service.... great food....

I wanted to order the #9 spicy baked Ziti with chicken which was $8.49. but when I asked her what kind of sauce it was she said it was pork. I told her that I did not eat pork and asked if I could substitute it for marinara sauce she said no. So she charged me for a #8 baked Ziti which was $8.49 and also charged me $1.99 for the added chicken.
I also ordered a Caesar salad which was $2.49. but when I looked at the bill she had charged me $3.49 instead. Another cashier told me it was because it was charged as a meal deal.
At least the bread sticks were unlimited and soft. But they were too salty. The Caesar sauce was also very salty.
Since when do Italians cook with a lot of salt. I've eaten Italian food before I was married to an Italian. He was a great cook. And it was just right, not too bland, not too spicy.
Overall it was a good experience and the food. Only thing that was missing was a nice glass of wine. Next time we will try the Fazolis in Morristown.

We were expecting it to be a regular sit-down restaurant, but it turned out to be something between that and a fast food place.
My wife ordered at the counter and I ordered online which is why mine came in aluminum and hers came in a bowl. The garlic bread was nice and soft which is great for people with no teeth. I got baked chicken ziti, a slice of pizza, and they brought me three breadsticks which is odd because they only brought my wife two... But the breadsticks are unlimited so it doesn't matter. The ziti was a lot spicier than I expected but it's quite good. (To be fair, I ordered the spicy ziti and didn't notice.)
They offer real ceramic dishes, real stainless steel tableware, but paper cups for your drinks.
All in all this was a different experience than expected but we will be revisiting anytime my wife can decide she can handle the carbs. It's a shame there is so few of these, this one is 34 minutes from my house and the next nearest one is 45 minutes and that's if Google maps is correct.
Just wow! We Used Fazoli’s this year for one of our staff luncheons and they were amazing! They had everything fresh and ready to go on time and well before their actual opening time! They included everything from the breadsticks (that I tried to order 150 of because I didn’t know they were included and he made sure to not let me pay for extra sticks we didn’t need!!) to the serving utensils, forks and knives, and plates! They loaded my car and I was on my way! Just an A+ experience!!! Our staff LOVED it and I can’t wait to do this again!!!
I decided to come here and see what a fast food Italian place would be like. Got the ultimate sampler which included spaghetti, penne, Alfredo, lasagna, and complimentary bread. The Alfredo was surprisingly garlicy. The penne and spaghetti had marinara and tastes like you'd think. Lasagna was fine. For the price, the food was above expectations.
Absolutely amazing experience at this location. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food tasted great. I have not been to a Fazoli's in years and stopped in so my daughter could get a piece of pizza.
We enjoyed every minute of this experience and will definitely be back. I wanted to personally thank Orson V for being polite, friendly and helpful!
P.S. I tried to submit feedback to to the restaurant website that is indicated on the receipt but when I tried to submit it returned several times with an error.
We love Fazolis! My lasagna was a little undercooked and crunchy. Usually they bring around extra bread sticks but we weren't offered any this time. The manager gave us a complimentary cheesecake and it was delicious.
