The donut holes were great!!!! But part of our food was cold, they do not honor the Krystal app's deals which are placed on their drive-thru menu,the 5 for 5 has changed to 5 for 7.19 plus tax,and they left off 2 drinks and a french fry. We did not feel comfortable turning around to ask them to fix it. They did recook 2of the chicks that were cold,but did not seem happy about it.
I have always avoided this Krystals because years ago I didn't enjoy the food but today I was tired and this one was right down the street and I wanted to try the Shrimp Po Boy combo. I was prepared to not enjoy it but I was pleasantly surprised. It was hot fresh and really good. I'll be back.
Fresh food, amazing service. It was late at night I tipped the woman who took our order and the man who cooked our food fresh and exactly what we asked for
I have been enjoying Krystal chili my whole life (45+ years). Why has it become seasonal? Some people like chili year round.
