What a great place this is. The outside is a bit deceiving as it just looks like a gray building, but as soon as we entered the bar area, we were very surprised at the interior. The bar area was really interesting. I found the wall of old mirrors to fit the atmosphere perfectly along with the rock divider wall. There were also neon signs placed around the area. The whole place was clean. It was a really nice atmosphere. The food portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. The menu has a wide variety for all tastes; it's not just bar food. Our food came out hot and fresh. The servers were super friendly and on it. As soon as my tea was down to the last drink, I had another one. Our server had several tables and still gave us great service. If you haven't been to Foxes Trails, I would recommend it. This restaurant is also placed in a revamped distric of Kokomo, so there was plenty to see. Great concept and great staff!
It was my first time visiting the local Fox Trail and the service was wonderful. The food was also delicious. Ate their cajun chicken pasta. Servers were friendly and it is an overall calm enviormemt that is both a pub but also friendly to non-pub customers.
Absolutely fantastic. My wife and I went in for a lunch date and I had the breaded tenderloin and she had the burger. Everything tasted so good, we are going back for dinner with the kids because I want to try their steak. If you do happen to go in for lunch, ask for Ellen. She was truly amazing and made our lunch date so much better.
The food was delicious! My only complaint is it is apparently too popular. They had way more patrons than they had seats. This led to a semicircle of people waiting to be seated literally standing around our table. That was a little awkward. But, like I said the food was great. They were so busy the service suffered a bit. Overall, a good local spot.
The wait was long, but they were short staffed. The food was delicious and came in large portions. The prices were roughly 25-50 a person. Burger on the lower end with the seafood platter was on the higher end of prices. Over it was an interesting environment and fantastic food.
1st time there in quite a while we came in for lunch Saturday both had breaded tenderloins that were excellent and the queso dip was very good and thick our waitress Becky was awesome!! Very friendly and nice She kept our drinks full and talked us into J Edwards cupcakes after our lunch will definitely be back soon I'm going to try their breakfast out Tuesday
Oh my, what a great find. Best onion rings ever. Bold statement I know. They were beer battered and tasty. And when you bite into them the entire onion doesn't come out and hit you in the chin. I also had the best steak I have gotten in a while. My husband got the bluegill entree. He told me it was really good. It was a big platter of food. Only issue was those of us not drinking alcohol were not offered refills on coke, tea or water. It was a busy night.
