The service was TERRIBLE, after we were seated it took 15 min for the server to take our drink orders. When we finally ordered food my daughter Forgot to order honey mustard. When we finally got her attention 10 min later, she rolled her eyes & said sure I'll get you some. By the time she got back 15 min later it wasn't needed. Fries were cold, our waitress was snotty & place had MANY tables unclean. And the waiters & waitresses were extremely loud yelling back & forth to each other goofing off. I'm sorry but I've gone to this establishment many times & it has gone down hill to the extreme
SOOOOOOOOOOO Much better then the last steak n' shake we went to, The server felt bad for the shitty experience we had last time considering the last experience was my first time at this magical place.
The food was much better this time and we didnt have to wait nearly as long for being seated or eating. My shake was actually smooth unlike the last one and my food didnt feel cold. Overall i prefer this one over the one i went to in Fort Wayne.
It us wonderful now! The self service is great because you don't have to wait on refills. Good customer service and meals are out quickly. The only thing I don't like is the discontinued their chicken strip meal.
Great food, made quick as expected for fast food, friendly employees, and great service. The only downside was the tea wasn't sweet enough for me, then again I love my southern Sweet tea.
Always amazing!! I ordered online and by the time I got there it was ready to go, never disappointed at steak n shake.
Fast drive-thru. The young man taking our order was polite and funny. The shakes were great. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they no longer use fruit or do malts. I really wanted a strawberry banana malt. Oh well.
