Cute little bagel shop in the scripps ranch marketplace mall..my kid loves visiting here for a good bagel and we often visit for a nice morning bagel with cream cheese. They have good varieties of bagel and cream cheese flavors. I always get the cheesy hash brown for bagel coz I love it and mix and match with cream cheeses but love thier garden veggie spread more than all. Did not like the taste of jalepeno bagel as i felt the jalepeno flavour was overpowering..The bagels are mostly always fresh and well made. My daughter loves her blueberry bagel with strawberry cheese spread and never complained . The outside of the shop has a nice seating area with tables and chairs so we always have a casual relaxed time there. Overall love it.
I stop by this place frequently, and I am never disappointed. No matter what time of day I go, Juanita and her staff manage to provide a multitude of fresh bagels to a multitude of people. Alessandro, in particular, seems to have more than two hands, he fills the orders so quickly. And the quality is excellent! This particular location deserves the five-star rating I am giving it.
The food taste a little yucky bell pepper did not taste right and my friends bread was to toasted. The bathroom was grose. The workers helped us quickly you don't have to wait for you're food. They are very kind to everyone.
My Favorite pastrami sandwich! It comes with double pastrami and double cheese which makes me a Regular. Leslie is my favorite Maker and as you can see I got extra onions and an extra pickle sliced bilaterally. More than anyone else, Leslie was particularly intent on creating a delicious sandwich for me. My advice to you is to be conversational and use Your imagination; the reward will be a more a more satisfying and tasty sandwich, which may be memorable. (Please click 👍🏼. Thank you. )
Excellent and fast service. The bagels were fresh and soft, there were many options, even later in the day. The store was clean and I only had one person in line in front of me.
I grab bagel from here almost every morning. I love coming here for my breakfast bagel.
The breakfast bagel sandwiches are so good here, half of one is good enough. Find someone you split it with and the OJ is awesome.

Great food, poor service.
We came in and waited for about 5min before we could be helped. My step daughter got a "build your own salad" with chicken salad and I got a salmon sandwich. They didn't have any Bleu Cheese, which happens, and they had to make a new ranch dressing for us. After what seemed like forever, we paid and wasn't given an option for a receipt.
The food quality, really good. The bagel was tasty and the salad was large and, from what my step daughter says, amazing. I wish there was more salmon in the bagel, but it was very tasty.
Honestly Bruegger's is one of my favorite bagel shops. The service is great, the staff is so kind. What I love about this location is the cool common area outside the storefront that you can sit back and enjoy your food. It's got super casual but has some lounge type chairs. Grab a coffee too and sit back and relax.
I personally love this place for the bagels. One of the employees, named Salvador, is definitely the person to get your bagel made by. He is the most dedicated staff member there, and he always takes the time to craft the perfect bagel. Other staff members are not as thoughtful when it comes to making bagels, but Salvador is for sure. If you ever come to Bruegger's Bagels, make sure to get your bagel made by Salvador.

Perfect experience from start to finish!
First of all, customer service is number one in importance. You can have a product that is just average, but if you have wonderful customer service, people are going to keep coming back!
In this case, I experienced both wonderful customer service and a delicious product.
I came in for my free birthday bagel, and the young man who helped me was very friendly and pleasant, as was everyone. The environment was upbeat and cheerful, and even though it was crowded and there was a line, it was a very pleasant wait.
I was so excited to see that they had a New York bialy. It is so hard to find a bialy these days, even at a bagel place, and when I asked for it lightly toasted, the young man who helped me did it to perfection. I had the smoked salmon cream cheese, which was just the right amount, and had generous amounts of actual smoked salmon.
The icing on the (birthday) cake, so to speak, was that they were playing Haircut 100 while I was standing in line. Be still my Gen X heart!
Bialy and Skå music? What's not to love?!
Great bagels and sandwiches but 1.50 for cream cheese...I don't know about that. If you get to crazy with your sandwich it easily gets over 11 to 15 dollars just for the sandwich. Good yes. Can the average person eat here regularly...not on a pest control salary
