Place definitely did the job whenever it was super late and I was drunk out of mind. Tried the surf and turf burrito this afternoon and it was alright. Lots of shrimp and meat. The taste was alright and the hot sauce was okay as well. I wasn’t too impressed with it. It was still good though. It’s not bad at all. They have a nice area to sit at when it is not covid.
I love Super Sergio's! The staff is really friendly, their food is always hot and fresh. One of my faves is the bean and cheese burritos ( with sourcream!). Recently went back to San Diego for a business trip and Super Sergio's was my first stop for a fish taco! They are open 21 hours a day.
Best 3 rolled tacos with guacamole in SD. I've been coming to this location for many years just for these tacos. They are yummy and they make them the same all the time.
This place has been there since the 80' when I was still junior high.. and it's one of the last original taco shops still standing and not selling out or being gentrification. The name may have changed, but the food is still the same . Yum yum get ya some 😋
I've been going here for years. I love their food! Best Mexican food in Kearny Mesa!
I love this place!!! Always super friendly service. Great food! Keep it up Super Sergio's
Super Sergios is the ONLY place I go for Shredded Chicken Burritos with cheese..the BEST! Also, we always get a large shrimp cocktail. Let them know if you want it spicy or mild! The women at the window are so nice and are always happy to see our dog Belle at the window. Try the carne asada tacos and fires too! Love this place!!
Great machaca at a great price. Always stop by when I’m in the area and want breakfast.
This spot is pretty legit. No frills 24 hour Mexican joint. Really solid old school Mexican food. Got the California burrito...pretty much a carne asada burrito with fries and pico de Gallo. Very highly recommended.

The fish taco was a perfect blend of warmth and crunchiness together with freshness from the lettuce it comes wrapped in. No refried beans or rice, just fish and lettuce, so very healthy. I was given freshly cut lime slices and green salsa on the side. The tamarind water was tart and not too sweet! The cashier and cook was friendly. When he did not understand my order, he came out to the car to ask me personally. Nice! When you pay you have to sign a receipt and add a tip. I loved my experience, except my total price was close to $15 which feels a little high.
The staff is very kind and personable. Their service is also very prompt. You won't have to wait long for your order to be completed and given to you.
The prices are very fair, considering that each order is very sizable and with more than satiate your appetite. I recommend this location if you happen to be in the area.
Carne asada fries were great, and there were a LOT!
The dining area is semi-enclosed, typical SoCal taco shop. Large menu, generous portions. Quesadillas are the best. No rice filler like Chipoodle. Best hot sauce.
Good food. Not a place to sit and eat. Enclosed but no type of climate control just what ever wind that may blow in.
