My husband and I had lunch at the next door and saw so many people were inside this cookie shop. We stopped on the way and decided to give a try. And we are glad we did! Here’s cookie is so fresh and hearty. It makes me feel like home and somewhere warm and cozy. People working here are very friendly and I feel so welcomed. I’ll recommend this spot for cookie lovers.

These are the best cookies I have ever eaten, homemade fresh daily. Paul, owner and creator of these "Killer Cookies," from milk chocolate to white chocolate, macadamia nuts to walnuts, soft caramel with chocolate. peanut butter-chocolate, oatmeal raisin. Love these by the dozen, so they can be shared with others, everyone loves them. Thirteen cookies are what? Baker's dozen? An extra cookie for free, please and thank you. One other thing, get there early in the day to get discounted cookies from the day before. Most people take these to go, pre-orders are welcome too.

I could tell by the first bite that Uncle Biff’s Killer Cookies are made with good quality ingredients, leaving a pleasant aftertaste! ~Uncle Biff’s cookies did not disappoint in taste, but for a “crispier- cookie” cookie lover, the cookies were that slightly-underbaked- variety, which I guess people do love “moist” cookies! The cookies I sampled are very much of the “adult variety” being not super sweet, which I personally like. The flavor of the milk chocolate chocolate chip cookie was very subtle. The dark chocolate chip was more robust. The coconut macadamia was not a good fit for me. I love anything coconut, but this cookie was too bland. It was evident from the people in line that The Regular Patrons LOVE these cookies! The variety was also impressive. At $2.50 a cookie, measuring about 3.25” in diameter, it is a good price point for these delicious home-baked -taste cookies!

I've returned, so that's a good thing. I just finished reading reviews and luckily I haven't experienced the lack of customer service and enthusiasm from staff. The service wasn't outstanding but I do enjoy their cookies. I haven't had a bad one yet. I agree with others though, the cookies are quite small considering the price. Buy two, get one free (or something similar) would be a kind and generous special to offer your customers.

My favorite cookies!!! I’ve been coming here for years. I think the size is perfect for the soft/chewy consistency. Big fan of the Golden Oatie, but I’ve enjoyed every flavor I’ve tried so far.

Uncle Biff’s makes some dang great cookies! Some of the best in San Diego. They have around 15 types they make, maybe a few more. You can also buy dough from them. The cookies are a little pricey but definitely worth it. My favorites are the peanut butter chocolate chip, the double fudge, and the killer with nuts. I want to mention a recent experience I had at the store. I was unaware they had a five dollar minimum for credit/debit purchases, having always paid cash before. I was only purchasing two cookies and was a dollar short. When the clerk informed me of the minimum I was a little sad because I didn’t really want a third cookie. The clerk only charged me a total of five dollars though, instead of full price. I just thought that was very nice of her, and I think Biff’s has amazing customer service!

It was a magical experience at Uncle Biff’s. My wife and I were hosting a day-after-wedding brunch and wanted something memorable for dessert. Wow! Uncle Biff’s took us away to cookie heaven. The staff was extremely friendly from the first phone call, and when we arrived to pick up our order, just walking into the store was a Willy Wonka level experience. The aroma! The young cookie associate at the counter was all smiles and the cookie baker walked out to personally thank us for the order and, oh by the way, here’s a fresh baked cookie right off the cookie sheet! It was mouth-watering. Then the reaction from the guests at the brunch was over-the-top impressive. Such a variety of dangerously delicious cookies. Great size, texture and, of course, taste! Big fan of Unc’s Chunk. Check out their website and Insta. Well done, Uncle Biff’s. We’ll be back soon.

The dark chocolate peanut butter was good but kept falling apart on me. Oreo chocolate chip was not as good as I had hopped both by themselves is better Oatmeal chocolate chip Was probably my favorite wasn't too sweet and had the right texture. It was solid yet soft. Semi sweet chocolate chip Just like mom used to make is what I would say about this one. Except mom's were always burnt, and this one was done to perfection.

If you are anything like me...I'm one that will follow you anywhere for fresh baked cookies. Well Uncle Biffs is that kind of place. I went for the half dozen deal (buy six and get one free). It didn't require any arm twisting, for the server to sell me on that one. The trouble is trying to decide while salivating over the variety of options. And if I may be so bold as to make a recommendation...don't deny yourself of the most amazing Oatmeal Raisin cookie you will ever eat. Sorry Grandma.

Be the one who brings a boxofbiffs for the friday celebration of getting thru the work week. Best cookie in SD. Solid staple favorite flavors with the spot on balance between a soft cookie to still have the crisp bite you desire. Indulge whole heartedly :)

Good cookies, all pretty similar. From what I saw they have 3 base cookies:peanut butter, oatmeal, and standard (you know what I mean) then they have different things mixed in like chocolate, nuts, etc. This is fine because they've nailed these styles of cookies, everything I got there was quite tasty. Especially the california killer cookie. But there's no short breads, no sugar cookies, nothing dipped in chocolate. If you want a classic tasty cookie check it out.

Uncle Biffs California Killer Cookies was #154 on my bucket list. I'd recommend adding them to yours as well and putting the Oreo Stuffed Cookie at the top of your list. I appreciated being able to use my own container to reduce waste and will definitely be back to try other cookies.

Good cookies, a little too sweet for me Loved them being soft. Bought a combination. Yes, the staff should do a better job educating newbies. No, I would not go there again.

These are by far the best cookies in San Diego. I don't know a bad day that can stand up to a California Killer cookie 🍪. It's the perfect texture, taste, and size. The staff is always very polite and the flavors are simple and classic. Plus you get a free cookie with purchase of half a dozen or two free with purchase of a full dozens. The cookies have all the typical ingredients. Eggs, flour, butter, chocolate..etc.
