First Timer...Loved it. We came at a good time and then a slee of people came after us. The food was in huge portions! Gave me another meal or so out of it. I got the Carnitas combo. Delish. Oh I loved their little quesadillas that come with the combo. I'd like to come back for more of those! It was exciting to have the cops 👮‍♂️ come by looking for evidence... yep they found it. But nobody was there to arrest, and we all felt safer knowing cops were around! Check out my humongous portion size pics!

Pretty good taco shop with a drive thru! Food is made fresh so there’s a bit of a wait. People here are friendly. There is some covered seating area outdoors. I got their carne asada fries and it was a large portion. The fries were crispy. I liked that this place still includes pico on their carne asada fries because a lot of places don’t anymore. The meat was perfect. They have a list of salsas to choose from and they were all great. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area.

I ordered the grilled chicken burrito. It was great, the grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful seasoned to perfection. It was ginormous and I had to take over half for latter.

The food is amazingly tasty! Their guacamole is perfect with no added ingredients. Hard to find good Mexican food that meets Ryan's needs of no onion and no tomato. I enjoyed their flavorful Pico de Gallo on my food and it added just the right touch for me. The Carne asada is cooked exactly well and so well seasoned!

We t through the drive thru at 5;00 am. Dude was working by himself. He took my order and cooked my food promptly. It was delicious.

Food is always good & hot. Service is also good. I have accidentally been given a fountain drink instead of my Agua Fresca, but I was still satisfied with my order.

Ok, I have lived in City Heights for 10 years almost. I used to pass by this place and ignore it because of the name. I have been to places called Santanas before and have always been disappointed. However within the last month I have been coming here after work because I have been tired of Aiberto's by the Jack in the box on University. Now Aibertos is pretty good but Burritos Santanas consistently has the flavor I've been searching for. If you like shrimp and carne asada the La Paz is the best burrito hands down at this place. Their rolled tacos are only beaten by Saritas is Casa de Oro. Tonight I got the adobada fries. I've gone to TJ just for adobada tacos after my sons dentist appointments. This place has great Adobada burritos and tacos. The best I've had this side is either tacos el gordo or Aibertos. So here is a look with high hopes and a healthy appetite. See you soon.

Late night food and surprisingly good for the fish burritos. The salsa is not good though, tasteless and washy

These carne asada tacos were sooo good! We went at 1am and had to go back 12 hours later for more! Paired these with their limonada... can't wait to come back to San Diego to have some again!
