This place has great food. Super friendly staff. I order the chicken Kabab plate with rice . The chicken was very flavorful and the portion was very generous.

Order a falafel appetizer that was very good and a beef swarma, very good as well. A lentil soup that was excellent. And some Greek beers
Also got some Greek buttery cookies covered in powder sugar that were perfect for a coffee.
Very good Filet Mignon kabob Dinner, tTwo full kabobs, I could only eat half, I should have shared with my other. I would not hesitate to come here again
Excellent experience here! Comfortable seating by the fire and very friendly staff, and the menu is vegetarian friendly :) We loved the lamb/chicken kabobs, falafel and the sampler platter! Don’t forget about the baklava cheesecake for dessert ;)
Excellent new Greek restaurant. We were blown away by how delicious their gyro’s are. The pits is fresh, warm, and soft. The meat cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious. The hummus was flavorful with a great texture (the kids loved it), and the fries were perfectly cooked. Honestly I’m so excited to go back!
Great place! Very clean inside and outside; and large portions. Ordered lentil soup and chicken gyro sandwich to go and the food was ready in 10min, everything was fresh and well cooked. The place looked very busy and even though ordered to go and asked if I can eat at the table they said yes. Great service, polite and professional staff, definitely will be back!
My friend and I came here on a whim while enjoying our day off and were blown away with the service, quality, and atmosphere. The food is simple, delicious, healthy takeout and if you choose to eat at the location the staff is attentive and helpful. We couldn’t stop talking about how impressed we were; as a local I don’t venture out to eat much in the busier areas during tourist season but this is 100% worth a repeat trip.

Great food. Had to sit at a dirty table and when the lady that sat us down said she'd be right back to clean it never did. We cleaned it ourselves other than that great place.
We were trying to find a place to eat in la Jolla area and every place had no tables or long waits and we came across this gem. Great Mediterranean food! We got a family dinner and it was so much food wow! We will definitely come back to try other things here and honestly so glad to have a good place like this in La Jolla.

The music was great, the little patio was cute and had fun greenery, the food was on point. The staff was amazing they came to check on us 3 times we also brought our kids and they enjoyed the kids menu immensely at the end we over all had an fantastic time at Spiro’s Mediterranean Cuisine.
Went a little after lunchtime (around 2) and it was so good! we got two platters to share with 4 and it was plenty of food, everything was absolutely delicious. The lady at the front was really nice and friendly. If I wasn’t from out of town this would definitely be a regular place for me!
This is a cute Mediterranean place right near the ocean. They have nice indoor and outdoor arrangements and the food is also delicious. Worth visiting this place for their falafel and fries.
Beautiful spot for a greek meal. Cyd took excellent care of me, so friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend! Chicken Gyro was delish!!

Not all Mediterranean locations get it right, but Spiro’s definitely did. Their Beef Lamb Gyro did not disappoint! Will be paying them a visit each time I’m in town. Great prices, large portions!
