Best sushi & hibachi experience in Lady Lake. The servers and chefs here are also very generous in you are dining at the hibachi grill. Extra sauce, extra portions, extra fun. The chefs here love to get involved with everybody at the table, they try to make you catch food in your mouth, squirt sake in your mouth for however long you can hold, etc. Definitely don't get this type of service or experience at any other hibachi grills in this area. Happy hour goes pretty late into the evening here which is nice for dinner plans. The photos attached are a couple years old, but still the same and good experience as when I started coming here 10 years ago.
Very good. Food is great, very reasonable prices and staff is super attentive. Could get busy at times but is not a problem overall.
Phenomenal service, and phenomenal sushi. Between Marion and Sumter County this is my go-to place. I highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar it's amazing to watch the beautiful dishes they make. I wish I could remember the name of the appetizer the chef made us it was so fresh and delicious, and both me and my husband's roles were incredible! (Pitured is the appetizer & the Fusion Roll)
My husband and I agreed this was one of the best hibachi experiences we've ever had. We were immediately seated and served drinks, appetizers, soup, and salads while waiting. Since we were a party of three, we assumed we would have to wait until the table filled but they came and made our food and we basically had a private show! The chef catered to our grandson and the food was great. Tons of food and very thorough staff.
The Best Cook is Chef Caesar And the best serve Angie They were so helpful and professional very Kind because it was our 1st time there and we will return All the Food wre PERFECT 👌..But will not get the 2-4-1 cocktail because they were toooooooooo watered down and didn't taste that good 👍
This place is great. Our server ashley is fantastic.
Could not recommend a better place. All food is fresh prepared, and they are open Thanksgiving & Christmas. You might want to make reservations on these days. They have a great bar & drink specials, too. We go there a couple of times a week and eat at the bar. Lots of locals/repeat customers. Edemamme is so good. Best sushi anywhere in the area.
Al our chef was awesome what a great show. The wait staff was on top of anything needed.
Our chef was very entertaining. And he cooked the food right in front of us with all the jokes and tricks they do. It was a lot of fun. I had the lobster and scallops.
They've really increased their prices from my last visit. Just for myself and my three kids it was $73 not including the tip, one of my kids even shared with me. I really love the entertainment at the table which is why kids love going there. The next time we come back will be because of an anniversary, not just a place to eat which is unfortunate.
Ever since settling in Lady Lake, Sakura at Spanish Springs has become our go-to Japanese dining spot. The food is consistently spectacular, with authentic flavors. What's more impressive is their swift, attentive service that makes every visit seamless. It's become a tradition to bring our visiting friends to Sakura, and without fail, they all insist on a return trip before leaving. If you're looking for an great Japanese meal and an experience that'll keep you coming back, Sakura is the place.
Absolutely amazing experience last night. My fiance and I got a habatchi dish at the bar, the food was 10/10. Those were the best noodles I've had in years, the filet mignon melted in my mouth. Everything tasted amazing and the experience was delightful. Thank you!
Great place to have a quick lunch with friends or a longer dinner as well. Great staff, super clean, great atmosphere and even better food. 10/10 will go to again
This restaurant has two sides. One Side has multiple Hibachi seating stations and the other side has regular menu table service. We had chosen the Hibachi side this evening. We were here on New Year's Eve and it was quite busy but we were very well attended to. There were 14 of us and some of us ordered Hibachi meals and some from the menu. Our drink orders were taken as well as our food orders. And during our meal, the staff brought soups and salads, replenished our drinks and cleared without notice. Our chef for the evening was quite entertaining as well as adept at his knife and Hibachi skills. All of our food was done very well whether hibachi or menu items - and served seamlessly. This was a well run restaurant with excellent food, making for a very enjoyable evening. They have handicap accessible parking, entrances and restrooms.
Addition - we revisited Sakuras and this time we chose table seating. We had another pleasant experience of good food and service.
I should have made this the night we were there but life happens....we had a huge party enough to cover more than one table. We have an eclectic wide range of ages, and tastes and attitudes in the group, locals and family from out of town. Bailey and Peta (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) took control , did amazing, orders were perfect, clean up was amazing, easy to pay...the cooks for both tables were amazing and engaging...I wish we had tried here sooner and will be back again!
Wow, I can’t say enough about how delicious the food is! The atmosphere is wonderful. The service was so warm and friendly…I can’t wait to go back. Sakura is the perfect dining experience. Thanks for the an unforgettable experience 👍
Our hibachi chef, Caesar, was wonderful! I will be returning!
